then problems can be raised while opening up of shop, all the people which is included in this

are taken in all sectors, it is essential to take correct decision, for this process many organisation
use to contact with consultant who helps them in taking appropriate decisions which aid them in
performing there further procedures in organisation, even firm use to provide better training and
knowledge to their management and employees so that they can take better decisions for
company, and they also try to provide best environment to employees so that they do their work
in correct manner and can take better decisions. Decision can be taken in t three ways which is
strategic, tactical decision and operational level Strategic decision is taken by top level
management and these are the major form of decision making as this can affect the organisation
if it will not followed properly (Shkurkin 2015). Tactical decision is taken by a middle level
management which will help in making decisions to achieve goals and objective of firm and they
do pass the information to the lower level so that they can perform their day to day operation.
Operational Decision is taken by lower level management to solve the problems which are
related to day to day operational activities and to solve the problems of employees and workers.

3.1 Existing processes of communication in organisation
The process of transferring and receiving of message is known as communication
procedure TESCO is having approx 400,000 employees working over there, at various branches
it can be little hard for the management to convey the messages to all employees at different
places. There is a communication process by which message passes through:
Sender- It can be individuals or group which start the communication process they puts
their emotions, plan, information in written, words and spoken. All the informations
