INTRODCTION
This is an report which is based on the management communication knowledge
information system in this it is been defined that in an organisation communication is important
and to do the effective communication then it is necessary to know the way of doing the effective
communication. ABC company is an organisation which is providing the best quality food the
customer(Wildevuur., & Simonse. 2015).
TASK 1
1.1Range of decisions to be taken
To take the right decision on right time is necessary, to make experience of good decision
experience, and to give the good information and interpreting the information correctly is quite
vital for everyone, due to the difficulties most of the company use to be connected with the
consultancies to take the correct decision. Organisation are trying to train the management of the
organisation to make better decision and the are also providing them the supportive environment
so that they could take the actions regarding the decision making without criticizing(Afifi and
Afifi. eds., 2015). If the company is having the criticism creativities and if they are risk taking so
that will make the problems to the managers, then that would not be able to successfully respond
to the market changes. There are strategies and the tactical decision able to the solve the
problems of the organisation so the ABC company also be able make decision according to these
plans, the strategies decision is that decisions from which overall business objectives can be
affect and tactical decision is used to solve the day to day minor issues. Some of the decisions
which has to be taken in ABC company are:-
Tactical Decision- This decision-making helps in implementing the strategies decision,
they mainly work on the the resources available and the human resource and money.
Operational Decision- In this the decision are be made for the day to day operations of
the ABC company these are repetitive, these decisions are been taking in the lower level
of the management.
Strategic Decision- These decision are the major decisions which influence the whole
major part which is contributed directly to the goals and objectives of the ABC company.

In the modern market it is important for ABC company to has the good knowledge and
the information. The company has to be have the high level of the knowledge, skills and the
expertise knowledge. Each and every level of management has the certain kind of the
responsibilities and they has to take the decision that will require the information and the
knowledge, there is the level of knowledge to know about the organisation is quite difficult
because it differs according to the tactic and the knowledge of the each person and to decide the
highest value for the ABC organisation for the decision making is much difficult. Knowledge
and information which an organisation has, they should be properly manage it with the
knowledge management techniques and the area of the improving businesses of the new products
and the services should be developed(Donate., & de Pablo. 2015). This can be developed by the
proper knowledge which are unique, they should apply knowledge to innovate, strengthen,
continuity safeguard, flexibility improve, enhancing the knowledge of the individual employees.
Decision making can be quite vital in the human resource are and the other area. In tactical level
of information it looking at the current system and the resources to implement the new system. In
strategic level the information level is high in this the information will go back to the
shareholders and boards. In the operational level the information is been used by the department
levels it contains the day to day information which are been provided or the decision which has
been there.
1.3 Internal and External sources of information and understanding
The company should be having the knowledge of the internal and external sources
information. While considering the internal sources ABC company has to follow some basic
thongs, internal sources of information is mainly collected from the internal environment of the
organisation, different kind of internal information are :-
Financial information:- in this part of the information the profit and the loss are been seen
and the information is available related to the performance of the cost of the products and
about the taxes, etc.
Marketing information:- in this information the success of the product and the services of
the organisation can be understand, In this the sales, complains and the revenue with is
been generated can know.

Personal and administration information:- In this the information is regarding the details
of the employees, there career information, about there skills and experience, training,
bonus etc. are been included(Mok., Shen., & Yang,. 2015). The company should maintain
employees detail up to date to decrease the issues regarding the safety.
Manufacturing information:- in this the manufacturing related things are been done such
as the material cost, details of the suppliers and the cost of the product, etc.
The external sources of the information is that information in which the information

surrounding area, about the competitors, etc. are been included and these information can be
collected from the private information providers, and government agencies, etc.
1.4 Recommend improvements in the methods used in the selection needed for business start
ups
ABC company would need more decision-making and strengthen the knowledge of
management system and the computerise the decision supporting system because in this growing
market the competitions is becoming more day by day so to get more growth to the company
they have to be more advance then them because the competitors are two step forward then the
others. In the above report there is lot of time wasting in discussing and to taking the feedbacks
from the various sources, in some the cases above it was the good approach but in some it is
totally time wasting, they should apply the most directive approach so that there time will be not
wasted, so it is important to make the right information and to have the correct knowledge of the
things and for that it is necessary to make the plans and to apply different types of approach and
is important to apply the right approach from which the time cannot be waste(Prytherch., 2016).
2.1List of stakeholders whose actions may influence decision making processes
The Stakeholder of the ABC company are the group or the individuals which are been
interested and can influence the organisation. In an organisation there are two types of the
stakeholder:-
External Stakeholder:- In the external stakeholder of ABC company are the customers,
local government, client, NGO's, private organisations, media, etc.
Internal Stakeholder:- in internal employees and the mangers of ABC company are been
included.

The company should become partners of the stakeholder which use to encourage the
contractive dialogue to make the company success. By this it helps to reduce the conflicts and
help to make the better decisions in the organisation, if the stakeholder are been involve before
the planning process there can be minimization of the problems(Pugh. 2016). Every businesses
should identify there and assess the importance of the stakeholders because each company has
the stakeholder and they are differ from each so the ideas can be different then each other and it
will become helpful to them.
2.2Methods which would use to develop a business relationship with these selected individuals
For each and every company it is important to maintain good relation between the
stakeholder is very important and for that there are some desired output :
Prioritize:- there are some of the stakeholder in every company and there are some which
may be different from the others and they are more useful to the company so it is
important to make the specialisation among all of the stakeholder so that if needed then
directly can be contacted then without any issues.
Monitor:- There should be efficient engagement with the stakeholder because if its not
been done properly otherwise negativity will be spread across(Alvarez. ed., 2016).
Engaging:- the company should be able to find the innovative and the efficient ways to
communicate with there customers.
Understand needs:- the stakeholder need the regular consistent communication to
personalized and target according to the needs of the organisation so that it the company
can get the many ideas.
Identify the stakeholder:- the stakeholder of the organisation may be larger then they had
been thought so making in contact with them they have to be a proper communication in
between them. And it is necessary to identify the stakeholder for that there should
behaving the proper details of the them and all the possible details like about there
interest and the ability on the organisation, it can be more helpful while developing the
organisation.
2.3 Involve the identified people in the decision making process
Decision making the most important work in the organisation because it helps to give the
ideas to move further and to make the organisation grow properly,so it is very important to
involve the peoples who can be able to make the proper decisions according to the situation is

process like the stakeholder should be allow in the decision making process of the organisation
to get the proper ideas regarding that. It is important to make the decision-making in between the
organisation and the stakeholder to get the project has to be done properly(Schwalbe. 2015). This
process will help the stakeholder to understand the organisations situation so that they can be
able to make the appropriate plans with the external stakeholder and can get the conclusion of the
project. By involving the group of the stakeholder in the decision-making process then it help in
to diminish the veto power of the societal actors because they are also involved in the decision-
making process to make the process of decision-making to improve the decisions. If the
organisation wants to improve the quality of there decision making then they have to involve the
different stakeholder to the process it will happen as all they will participate then they will all
give there different opinion then there will different types of options are available best of the all
will be chosen to proceed further.
2.4 Strategies for future improvements
ABC company has to prepare the proper strategies to fulfil there objectives and for that
they have to make some of the strategies to manage the stakeholder and to improve functions of
the organisation:-
Employees :- Firstly the companies strategies should be to make there employees satisfy
with the company and they are getting the proper safety and healthcare facilities if it is
been properly provided then they will do there work properly and happily, and once or
twice in an year the company should conduct the survey to know about there employees
that they are satisfied by the or not and what more things has to be developed.
Suppliers:- The suppliers has to be fair and honest, because by the help of the supplier the
company gets the growth, and opportunity and the supply chain management system can
implement with the quality assurance system(Sigala., & Chalkiti. 2015).
Customers:- the main important part of any of the company is there customer if there is
no customer then what will they do so to make the customers satisfy then they have to
make the proper planning for that by providing then the good quality product and they are
required a good shopping experience, there should be a affordable price of the product so
that they can be attracted to the company.

3.1 Existing processes of communication
Communication plays an important role in each and every field and without
communication nothing can be done. The transformation between the sender and the receiver is
also called the communication and effective communication is quite important to all the
organisation, communication is the process in which the sender and receiver share the common
meaning in between them(Wilensky., 2015). Communication has the key component, it is been
followed as sender sends the message, then encode, then it transfer , receiver then decode the
message and then after feedback. Process of communication as follows:
Sender is the person which is sending the information to the next party, the sender
encodes his/her views or the information which is to be forwarded to the other.
Then the sender choice the channel of transferring the communication.
The receiver then receive the information and decodes it.
Then it is receivers point if he wants to give the response or not, if he wants to do then he
can send the feedback.
3.2Design ways to improve appropriateness by communication processes
Communication can be improved by using the many methods, multiple channels can be
used for the communication, multiple channels can ensures it reach the intendant. Most effective
ways for communicating are e-mail, meetings, telephones, etc. same of the methods to improve
communication:-
Listening focus:- listening to the message actively ensures the maximum understanding
of it, the body language also aid to the better understanding of the message(Argenti.,
2015).

will done, communication plan is the foundation of the decision making, communication
planning includes:-
Target audiences:- there should be an target audience, it is important to determine the
target audiences of the communication. Because if there is no target audience is been set
then issues can be create so for that it is important to prepare list and analysing of the
each group according to the communication base(Attridge., 2009).
Understand the current situations:- There should be a knowledge of the current situations
should known by everyone, there should be a research about the current situation has to
be done which is externally and internally.
Define Goals and objectives:- the goals and the objectives should be set, and it need to
achieve and to focus on the objectives, and to make sure that who, why, when has to be
planned.
3.4Personal development plan which will help to improve communication skills
Effect communication skill is necessary in the aspect of like. Strong communication skill
is necessary in many jobs, improving the communication skill is quite vital. There are some
steps for improving the personal communication skill are:-

emotions of the other person while making communication. For this it is important have
the eye contact on which the other person, and consider on the facial expressions, and to
notice the behaviour of the other(Coombs., 2014).
Improve skills of listening:- Listening is different then hearing. Listening to the things is
important, to make conform while communication that others are listening to them or not
they can make conformation while communicating and can make sure that it is been
understandable to the others or not.
Empathize:- while communicating things should be view on the others view of point, it
should be always in mind that communication should be not judgemental to the others,
own emotions should be cleared so that others emotion can be clarified.
Positive attitude:- when communicating the mind should be in positive condition, and if
mistake is been done while communication then one should learn from it.

People should understand what the information they need to communicate with each
other. Usefulness of the particular information should be evaluated against the objectives
organization and by using the social and the cultural background. The issues and the problems of
the receiver should be understood properly and the information which is related to that should be
collected(Dodd., 2007). Information should be the types as bibliography information, practical
information, statistical data, etc are been considered in this. Then after doing this the information
collected has to be formatted according to the organizational requirements. Then after that the
updated information is should be stored in the organization, the it can be further proceed in the
documentation form or the online form. Then vitrify there appropriate receiver of the information
should be done.
