INTRODUCTION
In the organisation the communication, information and knowledge is very important.
The hole work get done in organisation be these things . So a manager have to manages these in
a effective manner so that they can get the effective results(Bamford, D., Htc Corporation, 2010).
Every organisation have to get successes in the market. Without having the good
communication, proper information and effective knowledge company can not get the successes
in market. But the Tesco is the big company in market. They have already have get the successes
in the market so they have to maintain that successes and they are making the higher goals that
have to be achieved. Tesco also needed the good communication, effective information and
effective knowledge. This report shows how Tesco manages the both three and how they use it
for the betterment of the organisations. These are the basic need of any company or using the
company work. These three help in all three levels of the organisation. It help in getting the
growth of the company in the market. These three are use for the internal environment and in
external environment. In this report the sources of these three well be shown (Scalisi, J.F. and et.
al., 2010). Basically in this report well show how it important and it helps in getting the Tesco
growth.

1.1 Range of decision to be taken
There are three level of management in the organisation. In every big organisation have
these three level of management then Tesco also having these three level of management. The
three levels are
Top level management: these level of management having the the leadership qualities.
This level have to see the change in the work. And they have to see the effective coaching
so that they have to take effective decision for the organisation.
Middle level management: the basic work of the middle management is to manages the
people of the organisation and they have to bee motivated through there work so that
organisation well get the effective performance. They have to manages the department
and the teams of the peoples (Beaven, D.F., Virtualagility, Inc., 2012). And after that they
have to manages the individual and team performance for the organisation.

Lower level management: in this the manager have to see the lower levels of workers.
And manages and maintain them. The manager have to give the appropriate coaching .
Manager have to see the emotional works in the organisation. Manager have to see the
problems in the lower level and manages it.
In the organisation there are different different level of management so there work is also

strategy have been deicide of the Tesco and the strategy have to be implemented in the
