problems in the future time period. In London Tube, communication is important because it
facilitates the right interaction between the passengers. The different forms of communication
which are used in London Underground and System are as follows-

common medium which is used nowadays for communication. In London Underground,
its good impacts are that the passengers can use it by using their smartphones to send
emails to each other. However, bad impacts are seen as distortion of misuse of
information.

for right interaction with each other. When travelers are not able to understand facial
recognition then it impacts in bad ways.
The principles of better communication are as follows:
Clarity- There must be a required clarity in the message which is intended to be
delivered (Alzoubi, Gill and Al-Ani, 2016). Unclear messages do not help and thus this is
the reason why it is important. In London Underground, there should be clarity on the
front of communication as the passengers should understand that they have to be precise
and clear in order to have a conversation.
Avoiding unvague words – As per the principle, there should be use of appropriate
words and unvague words must be avoided in the communication. If it is used then it
ensures that there is no problem in conversations. In London Underground, passengers
should understand their responsibility of using appropriate language so that they are able
to communicate effectively with others.
Consistency - The principle states that there should be a consistency in the conversation.
If there is no consistency in the conversation then the required message will not be
delivered by the communicator to the intended person. Also there is clarity on the
message due to consistency. London Underground’s passengers should be consistent in
their conversation.
Integration- The organizational communication should be able to integrate the
employees within the organization so that they move uniformly towards the achievement
of their required goals and objectives which will help in obtaining the required success
(Budka, Deshpande and Thottan, 2016). Through it, it can be expected all the efforts of
different employees move in the same direction which will help the firm a lot. In London
Underground, the passengers need to integrate so that proper communication can be
done.
Attention – The communication principle says that proper attention must be given by the
travelers while communicating with others. In the context of an organization, this is
especially important because inappropriate messages do not serve any purpose. Full
attention about what other are saying must be given in the London Underground Train by
the passengers and irrelevant conversations must be avoided.
