employment of an efficacious communication process that is accessible and understandable
by all the members of the organization and which rightly includes and accounts all the
organizational goals and aims into its process. As suggested by, Lu et al., (2014), the
communication process, practiced within a structure, is completely contextual and directed by
the cultural practice of the social system, where the organization is located. Therefore, in case
of Corporate Agriculture, the communication system of the organization is directed and
influenced by the cultural system of the land. However, since the organization is supposed to
incorporate employees from different walks of life, therefore, it is to employ a
communication system that will be complementing the culture of the new employees as well.
To quote Schaffer, (2019) communication is the key to organizational success and it is the

different stereotypical ideologies. These affect the team cohesiveness and further impacts
upon the team performance. Therefore, an effective communication management program
helps the management of the organization to induce an organizational value among all the
employees and also help in inducing a sense of respect for all the employees of the
organization. The diversity management plan essentiates team orientation and a team value,
and organizational culture to impact upon the team as well as upon the organizational
performance.
