INTRODUCTION
In health and social care organisation, communication goes beyond proficiency addition to
knowledge in order to incorporate aspects related to interaction and experience. Communication
is said to two way procedure in which meaningful message or information is conveyed from one

Verbal communication: This is main communication method in which people uses
