Answer: The features of two way communication process involves a person who will send the
message and an individual who will receive and understand the message. It is a form of
transmission in which both the parties are involved in transmitting the information (Chen and

sensory loss
Answer: It can be evaluated that while communicating with someone who has a sensory loss, it
is required to ensure that the individual should talk to the sensory loss person directly even if
