Communication model
It refers to a systematic presentation of the process of
communication.
Many companies used communication model to explore
their own situation and effectiveness.
It also assists in to how receiver of the message interpret the
information. There are different types of models as:
Linear model: It is one way process of communication
which is used for mass communication.

Transactional model
In this method, receiver and sender both play
equally role in the process of communication.
This is mostly used for interpersonal
communication.

Interactional model
This is similar to the transactional model but this
is mostly used for new media.
Feedback is also included in this process even
in mass communication.

Communication system used in business
These are the range of process which is sued to communicate with
various stakeholders so there is an effective communication
system in place.
It includes both formal and informal process by which message
and information is conveyed between internal or external
factors.
Business manager require realizing the obstacles that prevent in
the process of an effective communication.

VoIP phone system
It refers to voice over internet protocol.
It is an excellent alternative for landlines systems. It includes both
traditional and modern digital connections.
It provides different facilities as convince, special features and
international calling.

PBX phone system
This is a private telephone network.
It includes all internal businesses telephones.
This is one of the best system because it reduces the
operational costs and easy to install or configure.

Video conferencing
Companies conduct different meetings and training development
programmes to increase the performance level of their
employees but this is also costly.
For this, video conferencing is the cheapest method. It is the best
method to conduct host meetings and training sessions.
It also provides different advantages to the business as improved
communication system, raised productivity and decreased travel
expenses.

Methods of communication used in business
Written: This is one of the best method to communicate
with person as it creates a record for future references. It
is based on the specific principles and policies. It also
helps in proper delegation of duties and responsibilities.
Verbal: It is the one way process to communicate face to
face. Example of this method are sound, words and
language. It also includes the written words as notes,
faxes, newspaper and magazines.

Non verbal: The communication done through the
gesture as body language or eye contact. It assists
people to define the kinship, regulate the process and
convey message regarding to emotional state.
Visual: It is a process of sending and receiving the
message through visualisation. People are mostly
attracted by the visual affects. It includes graphical
representation and multimedia resources.
