approval of the proposed proposal as well it will able to save the people job and also it will

As per the government point of view is consider it also become very harsh by taking
off the employees from the job as it took their job as well as it also charged huge penalty on
the same. So as per my situation it can be said that it should have a proper communication
with the employee that will help it to know about what are their proper need and as per their
need it can able to get the solution. As if it done proper communication with the employee
than it will able to solve their situation and even if it happen that the government is not able
to communicate and able to solve their problem than it should give them a proper warning as
they should not come up with such strike in future and charge a small penalty so that they get
a clear message upon that if they did anything like this again, than it have to go for huge
damages as well as it can also come up on this job, so this will help the government to clear
all the strike as well it able to keep a their job so this will also keep the business activities run
smoothly and effectively.
