Proposal Title (Optional): To improve communication for children and young people with
neurodisability
Introduction of the Organization/Department/Case:
British Academy of Childhood Disability (BACD) is a group British Association of
Community Child Health that looks after various disabilities among young people and children
in the UK. The aim of BACD is to communicate between Child Development teams
(Bacdis.org.uk, 2017). It helps in organizing regular national multidisciplinary meetings on child
development and disability. The British Academy of Childhood Disability (BACD) is a UK
organisation for professionals working with children and young people with all forms of
disability (Toms et al. 2015).
Expected Deliverables of the assignment
A proper literature review will be provided related to the research topic. The research
aim, objectives and questions have been provided with the research. The research aims at
enhancing use of IT intervention on order to improve communication among children having
neurodisability. The use of the IT intervention including ICT will be used in this research.
Approach towards the solution
The use of ICT technology has been used for solving the problems among children in
neurodisability (Morris et al. 2015). New technologies underlying IT intervention including
electronic data and storage that helps in maintaining a proper communication with children and
other patients suffering from communication problem (Takizawa, Maughan and Arseneault
2014).

 Electronic databases and sensor-based technology have helped in monitoring health.

Various risks might be faced by implementation of IT intervention in improving

Conclusion:
It can be concluded that the communication problem with children and young people
suffering from neurodisability have rising in the society. Children are facing problems in
communication with others due to this problem.

Introduction
This report deals with IT transformation in Intel by maintaining proper aspects of
business. The various IT strategies are discussed in the report that have helped transforming
business solution. The use of IS/IT intervention in the Intel has been focused in the report. The
business transformation has been focused in the services in demand in the market.

Recommendation
The use of proper knowledge regarding the transformation in the employees is required that
might help in providing possible changes in Business.
