There are several objectives for the crisis
communication process such as ensuring safety of

teamwork to be improved and enhances the ability
of the teammates to communicate with each other

Thirdly, it helps to enhance interpersonal
relationship between employees and their clients
leading to an effective organizational performance.
Finally, it helps to create a sense of responsibility
and belonging in the employees so that they can
accept their roles and responsibilities provided by
the organization (Ghani and Osman., 2016).
