organisation to perform other managerial function, i.e. Planning, Organizing, Leading and
controlling (Richards, 2018). An effective communication within the organisation decides the
success or failure of the organisation because it helps in deciding the work responsibility by
motivating the employees. With the help of proper mode of the communication channel, a
superior of the organisation can better manage the people and enhance the performance of the
employees that result in a high level of engagement in the work and low level of employee
turnover.
Managing people in the organisation is an art and a responsibility as well. CST
Company more focuses on the managing people through a quality communication channel. In
any organisation, how well a team is managed and communicated by the superior to
employees or subordinate to superior, determines the employee retention, productivity and
engagement in the work. CST is one of the leading Companies that more focus on people
management because they treat their employees as the most valuable asset of the company
(D&B Hoovers, 2018). And because of this, they became more competitive and achieve
