Knowledge became a valuable when it combined with the creativity, by
creating new and inexpensive solution. Where the creativity is the art of
effective issue solving. This report highlights the effective communication
skills and are applicable for professional and academic context. This essay
also reflect the individual behavior, performance through and experience. In
this regard the present report has been prepared.
Effective communication skill is very useful and essential for the
academic and the professional life for the better communication and
understanding in the life (Arnold and Boggs, 2019). Effective communication
has various skill that help the people to develop and achieve success in the
life. Such as Reading skill, as this skill is very essential to understand the
message in more better way than the verbal communication as it is in
written form, so there is no misunderstanding about the content or message.
So that the communication can be clear and helpful in the academic and the
professional life (Austin and Pinkleton, 2015). Writing skill is also helpful for
the academic and professional life, as here the person can share it views in
the written form which shows the capability and the presentation of the
people and also this skill help the people to develop the thinking capability
which is more beneficial for the academic as well as for the professional life
and make the communication skill more strong.
Friendliness is also one of the best alternative for the effective
communication that help the person to easily ask or by simply smile that can
encourage co-workers and friends for an honest and open communication
with the person. Which will help the candidate for the best understanding of
the things that helps the candidate to improve its knowledge in better way in
academic context and easily solve out the problems by discussing the issues
with friends and understand the issues more easily because without being a
friendly many employees in the company hesitate to ask the queries to the
other person and authorize person and remain as it is. So being a friendly

other person and giving respect to the opinion (Kanki, 2019). Also, make the
communication better as the person on the other hand they also understand
the empathy of the person can help the person which can make the person
better communication that can help the person to understand the things
easily and develop the skill and this skill helpful for both professional and the
academic context. Listening skill also play vital role in the effective
communication for both in academic and the professional level. If the person
are good listener than the person more easily understand the things what
the other want to convey and can understand easily, which helps the person
to easily solve out the issues and make the communication more friendly.
Active listening involves giving more attention to the other person saying
and asking the clarification which can ensure the better understanding and
can give appropriate respond (Tate and Frame, 2019). It makes the
communication stronger a can helpful in both professional and academic
context.
As from past job experience, when I was working in the IPE Global
company, I come to know the performance behavior and communication
skill. I have friendly in nature and can easily winkle with the other as well as
stranger also and can easily communicate and ask the queries without any
hesitation which shows that I am good in friendly skill and many a time I
arranged DAP (Daughter are precious) program in the schools where I gave
speech in front of the students which shows that I have good communication
skill and can easily convey my message to the other through a public
speaking. Which shows my communication skill and best in public speaking.
Many a time any sudden changes in their in the program that time I became
nervous and I loose the confidence level that shows that I am lack in
confident level, which create difficulty for me to handle such critical situation

Empathy also make the effective communication as the person with
