INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity are considered the concept of understanding whereas individual
person will improve them. Afterwards, it will be reflecting on the cognition expression within
high level creativity inspiration towards achievements.
In this report, it will summarise about the different kinds of communication skills that
become useful for professional and academic improvement. This report will describe about the
importance of communication skills which help them individual people for establishing a strong
coordination with their colleagues, team members. Furthermore, it will identify the various type
of strategic approach which will be supporting in the future growth and development.
MAIN BODY
Discussion on the communication skills and uses for both professional and academic
perspectives.
Communication is one of the most important part of individual people who have been developed
a strong coordination with their colleagues, manager, no matter how they can interact within
workplace. Basically, I have been sharing own experience regarding the communication whereas
I have been working in firm and adopting the digital technique for sharing information. The
most important aspect is social media network which help for me to use them in properly.
Furthermore, I have been focused on improving the communications skill so that I have
played important role in both professional and academic level (van Dalen, 2013).
Initially, I have tried to listen what other manager discuss about particular project during
meeting session. Through this, I have developed an ability to become as good listener and then
move towards the best communicator. I have been improved the understanding that Nobody likes
to interact with other people. in this way, it has chances to arise an argument between individual
people.

For Example- There are many students participate within different activities so that instructor
will give a task to perform within specific deadline. In this way, it has been developed the strong
coordination between both instructor and student.
Through this, it has found that student have an ability to improve its listening skill and
always paying more attention towards instructors (Ilyashenko and et.al., 2019). This type of
communication can be done through verbal activities whereas student can understand the
language of instructors.
Moreover, communication can be done within different ways: Verbal and Non-Verbal
communication.
Verbal Communication
Verbal communication skill is based on the language way to express their feeling and
discussion on particular topic or subject. Sometimes, this type of communication can be done by
different medium such as telephone call, face to face discussion.
For Example- I have been shared the own experience about the verbal communication.
Especially when I have tried to interact with client and send an important message regarding
project through telephone calls (Ilyashenko and et.al., 2019). Verbal communication can be
considered as method which is basically used for sharing the more information or data. I have
analysed that before sending a message that needs to be make an effective plan so that it can
easily identify perception of another people. Additionally, I have been identified that different
program conducted by professionals so that they can establish a strong coordination with other
people.
Non-Verbal Communication
According to the non-verbal communication, I have been represented the importance
within our daily lives. In some situation, individual people can judge a particular person on the
basis of their written style whereas how they will represent information within systematic
manner.

In my personal experience, I have determined that there is significant role played in the
workplace. Manager and other executive will share the information through non-verbal
communication. This can possible when they are spending a formal message of individual staff
members. in case if any kind of meeting held by manager. They can schedule a suitable time or
venue. (Ilyashenko and et.al., 2019). In this way, it can be identified that non-verbal
communication occurs through written format.
In context of academic, non-verbal communication is mainly used by student where they
could done test series.
Identifying the individual performance, behaviour and experience in education or employment.
According to the experience, I have been analysed that concept of own imagination ability to
gain more knowledge from different sources. For while knowledge defines an ability or
capability of individual people but experience help for me to identify right or wrong things in
proper manner.
Furthermore, I have been focused on the concept of creativity which are highly inspiring the
people to engage with different innovative ideas. In this way, it also gained more knowledge
(Ilyashenko and et.al., 2019).
Moreover, I have tried to develop as innovative thinking which will support for me to gain
idea and applicable within either academic or professional development.
In context of academic, I have been participated into different projects that help for me to
gain more idea about the current situation or condition. This will help for me in professional
field to use as different practical tasks.

I have been expressed the idea about the innovation and improve incredible minds
through different participants activities.
Through this, I have acquire the knowledge and identifying the both strength or weakness.
Sometimes, I have emphasized with the classroom session and consider important elements in
term of success and growth.
Initial step is that when I have tried to learn something innovation in the classroom and then
implementing within real time. Afterwards, I have improved the communication skill
(Numonjonov, 2020) and become easier for me to gain more idea through different learning
resources such as books, research project.
Apart from that I have been used the different kind of modules which support for me to
handle the extra workload in proper manner. In the organization, there are high expectation for
me to do best work and achieve desirable goal and objective.
In this way, I have realized that academic education help to handle any critical tasks
within proper manner. Also achieving the goals through verbal and non-verbal communication
(McKown, 2019).
As per analysis, I have been sharing experience where how can deal with every type of
situation in proper manner. This experience have not only improve own ability but also changing
behaviour, perception towards real world.
CONCLUSION
In above analysis, it has summarised about the personal experience in term of verbal and
non-verbal communication. It has been identified the different ways to improve communication
skills and then explore within either academic or professional growth.
