In individual life, it is important to focus on growth development as well as improving
performance so that goals are achieved. Effective communication and improve performance a
time consuming process which require deep level of knowledge as well as skills. This essay
gives a brief knowledge about reflective experience and how communication as well as
performance has improved.

PART A Description of an event
What was event? During my graduation, I used to participate in many
competitions and attended seminars with aim of developing
knowledge. After my final exams, I participated in a debate
competition in other college. This event enabled me to
improve my performance because of effective
communications. My performance was improved such as
my confidence level, ability to deal with strangers, fear of
stage & understanding other way of perception got
improved
What was the purpose Main purpose of this event was to remove the fear of stage
of individual and every student.
What happened in event During that event students were taking participate in the
competition and were of different colleges as well as
schools. At the time of on-going event, names were sorting
by the organizers on the basis of which debates were to be
carried out.
What did I do during event During event I revise my topic which was on equality and
gender. I learned and practiced by sitting alone during event
so that I did not have to look to the paper again and again.
What was my reaction to it My reaction to the event was pretty much exciting because I
was happy and excited to share my own knowledge in front
of audience.
What did other people do that
were involved in this?
There were also many other people and students who were
supporting this event to get successful. Students were
nervous and some were excited like me as well as other
people such as volunteers, organisers were busy in their
own work.
How did they react? Students reacted in a positive way because they were a
positive environment all around the event which increases
motivation level of every individual.

How did I feel at time of event? At time of event I was feeling nervous as well
as excited both these feeling motivate me to
confidently participate in event.
Were those feelings I had any different from
other people who were involved at time?
Feelings which I had at time of event, was not
different from other people because we all
were nervous due to large audience and also
excited about the same.
Are my feelings now, after the event, any
different from what I experienced at time?
After event my feelings are different because I
was conference and experience new stage of
my life which reflected my inner capabilities.
Do I still feel troubled, if so, in what way? No I did not feel any troubled at present
situation because during that event I improve
my performance at all aspects which is
beneficial for me.

I practice a lot during the time of event to

completed my graduation and faced many different events which improve my communication
