Preparing for success is the essential learning tool that provide learning resources which
are required for the completion of academic courses. This enhance the existing knowledge, skill
and creativity of an individual after being the part of particular module or course that is needed
to undergo effective study (Gaus, 2017). It laid an individual to enrich academic thinking as well
as writing skill that is necessary to carry out the studies and perform the whole course
effectively. In addition to that it certainly assist the individual to work on their communication
skill enhances the personal capabilities and generate professionalism which is essential for their
personal and academic performance. This report cover reflective essay on the topics like
effective communication skill which is applicable for both academic and professional context.

main role of the universities is to prepare the individual for success by which intensive attention

application. It is the preferable state that is useful to develop the personality and gain success by
gaining the better position (Hosein and Rao, 2017). By working on this model different
individual can enhance their oral and written communication skill by being the part of group
presentation. It is considered as an effective way that overcome the hesitation of an individual
and develop the self confidence ability. This makes them ready to face any situation and
overcome public fear effectively. This potentially not only help them while seeking the education
from university but also during the time when they build their career and put forward their
innovative opinion.
The whole curriculum within the university needs to be designed in the systematic order
or on the weekly basis so that the student gains the wide knowledge and giving favourable
attention to the different aspect. This builds the clarity by gaining the deep insights regarding

different aspects and successfully build the interest that lands up in gaining the long term success
(Howlett, Ferreira and Blomfield, 2016). Along with scheduling the syllabus the professors need
to encourage the individual to build the SWOT analysis that cover the four arena which is
Strength, Weakness, Threat and Opportunity. This is the part of internal analysis that is used to
determine the activities on which the an individual need to focus with the objective to face the
challenging situation or intensive competition in order to gain the opportunity. It is the most
prominent way that helps to determiner the real position so it needs to be updated on the
continuous basis to attain the feasible target within stipulated time frame. Additionally, it
somewhat acts as a transition point that maximises the efforts of students and generate the
internal motivation that is the meaningful way to gain the success which can be in terms of name
or fame. Further, as the professionals or teachers are the base of whole education system that
enlighten the thoughts of student and encourage them to take the favourable actions through
critical thinking ability. This is the efficient way of module where the students are asked to put
their viewpoint forwards. It is basically considered as an effective procedure that encourages the
brainstorming methods and leads to generation of innovative idea. Usually group tasks simply
acts wonder where interpersonal skill are enhanced and team building capability are maintained
that together leads to generation of better idea for better presentation of activities. So this
continuous learning approach that make an individual efficient enough to tackle different
circumstances which enriches the performance of an employee and help them to face the diverse
challenging situation effectively (Smith, 2018). Perhaps is the structure and comprehensive way
that help to build the consistency and professional which is vital for the student to adopt and
effectively participate ion the successive functioning.

capabilities of an individual in an effective and efficient manner. Initially, being the new learner
I was conscious and burdened after knowing the different activities such as group presentation
and critical thinking ability that I have to build in order to gain the success. This was the
challenging situation for me to transform the personality and function for the successive
performance. But my mentors helped me boost up the confidence and use the platform to
