Introduction
This report will discuss about the proper reporting assessment of the current project
communication plan. This report will also provide a brief comparison of assessment with sound
project management practices. This report will also provide proper recommendation for better
management of the business plan.
Question 1
Reporting assessment of the current project communication plan.
Country Health Development has been functioning in a very fast and efficient rate in
order to develop a database that will provide framework of the data that are generated during the
processing of the diseases, leading to the fact that the common people can understand the
requirement that are essential for better management of the disease.
In this project we check that the entire process of stakeholders are divided in 2 parts,
namely their clients, senior management, team members of the project, employees, sub-
contractors, sponsor, unions, government agencies, suppliers news media and the community. In
this case all the stake holders stay connected to ted at base for providing data security ng of the
stakeholders of the entire project. The center project is dependent on the functioning of the
stakeholders. The communication plan states the terminologies that re used by the managing
committee. This report also helps in understanding the process healthcare and this helps in
understanding the terminology that is used for the better completion of the stakeholder
management [1]. And this communication plan take dint consideration the facts that the
stakeholders do not miss any data that is related to the business making of the mind.
Subcontractor and the suppliers of the project do not find much difficulty, leading to the fact that

the Subcontractor and the suppliers are ignored during the completion of the communication
management plan of the stakeholders. These 2 stakeholders are mainly concerned with the
benefit that is enjoyed and this is the sole reason that the data management is nit used applied for
these stakeholders. Usage of media platform is made for distribution of the data that are to be
stored in the prosecution of the data management for the Country Health department.
Community people are well informed with active data circulation process, leading to the fact that
the data prosecution is performed with utmost efficiency [2].
Question 2
Comparison of assessment with sound project management practices.
The assessment of the communication planning can be easily compared with the
processing of the data management of the sound project management methodologies that are
used in projects that implements the project management terminologies. In case of procuring
sound project management system proper defining of the scope of the entire project as well as
discussion regarding the objectives of the project is performed, leading to the fact that during the
initiation of the process of the project entire data that are required for the completion of their
project are generated and in case of the communication plan that is prepared is very precise in
nature and this also ensures the fact that the terminology that is used in the processing if the
communication plan does not include the terminology [3]. Proper definition of the deliverables
also acts as some of the most important aspect of the project management system which
increases the efficiency of the functioning of the entire project. despite the fact that the
communication plan is only related to the process that must be undertaken by the stakeholders to
complete the processing of the job, the main aspect that is taken into consideration incurs the fact
that the deliverable definition is use in the processing of the project management. In this case the

major benefit that the people enjoy is that the requirement that are needed for accurate
completion of the project will require the terminology that defines the requirement of the project
and un tis case of the communication planning, proper definition if the terminologies of the
scope of the entire project is provided. after completing the proper definition of the projects the
major function that arise is that the communication planning must be performed this is the strep
that acquaints with the processing of the communication plan and this ensures the fact that the
data management of the entire project will be conducted in the same way and this step deals with
the controlling and managing of the data that are generated during the functioning of the project
[4]. After completion of the communication planning, the main concern of the project is that the
data management of the entire process will be performed with the help of the sound project
management plan and with the help of this server, the main activity after planning the
communication progress is the completion of the project to is maintain the working processed
and check the data that are generated during the processing off the entire data management
system [5]. After completion of the entire functioning of the process, Risk management is
conducted, leading to the fact that the risks that re approaching towards their data management
leads to the fact that the data terminology that is use in the course of data management. Again in
case of the communication plan no such risk calculating process was used.

Recommendation of a communication plan for future project involving stakeholders from
different sectors
Marketing communication plan must be implemented in order to compete the functioning
of the nature project and this will help in popularizing the entire data management

Justification of recommendation
Reason to choose marketing of the product as a recommended as the product that is to be
bought can have an access demands and wants of the global audience and this terminology will
helps the demands if the clients of the organizaion [6]. This is the main reason that the
implementation of marketing strategic plan gets introduced [7]. This leads to the fact that the
data management of the entire business framework is used for the data storage, it gets easy for
the organization to perform the data distribution among the users and the potent users of the
database in a very efficient manner [8]. This is the reason that the marketing of the entire
business plan acts as one of the most important aspect of the business processing. In this case of
Central Health department the major terminology that is to be commenced in this process is that
the data terminology will be performed with higher efficiency after the knowledge regarding the
public health informatics is spread among the people as it will help the global audience to
procure the advancement [9].
Conclusion
From the above report it can be concluded that the processing of the entire business
terminology is dependent on the processing of the business plan and this leads to the fact that the
data that are being transacted is performed with the help of the better management plan and this s
the sole reason that the data management and proper panning is required for better analyzing of
the task and this will act as the most advantageous point for the completion of the business
management process. This report consists of recommended platform that must be followed for
the processing of efficient data management.
