Present report has been focused on various topics such as principle and purpose of the
communication within the Organization. They are going through various ways to reduce such
kind of barriers regarding communication had been discussed within this report. It had been
focused on aim of the communication is to flow information without creating disturbance
information provided by the sender is more clearer. The method help the firm to do change
according as per the polices and procedures that can respond positively on the various

The process of exchanging information between the people within and outside of firm is
known as Business communication (Eyre, 2016). The effective communication takes place when
the employees and managers communicate each other effectively. The aim of the effective
communication is to improves the organizational practices as well as decreases the mistakes.
Present report focuses on purpose and issues behind several forms of firm's communication.
Furthermore, it focuses on the principles regarding effective communication that improves the
communication practices with others and themselves.

As per the view of (Aten. and Thomas, 2016) every firm follows formal communication.
The structure of such kind of the business focuses on upward and downward flows for example
message manage to staff or staff to management. Horizontal communication can be used for all
the staff members at each and every level. Apart from that there is also the informal
communication that can takes place regularly. For example the communication at the time of tea
break and lunchtime communication with co-workers positively effect a lot within a firm . The
aim of the communication is to flow the information without creating disturbance. Workers as
per their department should be aware about the goals and objectives of the firm. It aids them to
that information is exchange between the right employees at the right time. Behind the principle
of communication it assist that message would be clearer through keeping right things in mind.
It aids to clear the misunderstanding and information can be say within more clearer methods to
the right individuals (Pearson,2017). Other than that they help the firm to do change according
as per the polices and procedures that can respond positively. It assist to enhance the level of
coordination between the workers so that they can communicate with each other at all levels
until the goals of the firm are achieved. Other than this it can build the relationship among the
employees and managers and also communication builds the loyalty of the employees towards
the firm as they are more loyal towards the firm (Aten. and Thomas, 2016). Through this
process they can easily understand the thought process of each other and take actions accordingly

To make the communication more effective the sender of the information is more clearer
about the information and also more effective while passing the information. In addition to this
the language used within the communication must be clearer as well as understands by all as the
words that have the technical meaning must be avoided as well as use less so that the
individuals are unable to face any difficulty. While on the regular basis the delivery of the
information through the system can be maintained so that the process, objectives and procedures
must be achieved (Aten. and Thomas, 2016). The cost of the communication system can be
utilised to avoid the unnecessary information as well as able to reduce the loads of the staff
members and will not able to handle the unnecessary tasks. To make the staff members more
efficient of the firm must have the idea to chose between the written and oral communication.
Written communication is informal while Oral communication is informal. To improve their
channel of communication and makes it more effective than they use the written communication
that will assist the business to follow the code of conduct.

Analysis the communication practices
According to the view (Eyre, 2016) Communication between customers and drivers were
rude as the drivers of the firm works around 6 days a week accompanied by 12 hours shift due
to which they are going through a lot of stress and that stress made them rude. Drivers are rude
and always frustrated because of the stress and when they interact with costumers whether they
are young or old people did not matter for them. This impacted wrong impression to the
customers (Aten. and Thomas, 2016).
Communication between senior management and drivers
At the time of their training and when the training completed these two conditions where
the managers have been interacted with drivers. Before and after they never have been contact
with each other (Eyre,2016).

as before speaking, listening is very crucial so that drivers can understands properly that what
customers tries to convey them. Apart from that senior level managers also communicate the
drivers time to time so that they can check the performance of the employees especially
regarding drivers they are able to correct them timely and assist them and improves the
experiences of the consumers
