cognitive decoding of the symbols and gestures. The language style and the use of verbs, adjectives with
sentence structure sets the persuading element in message.
c. Amuse – The pragmatic language also sets amusement between the sender and receiver. The kinetics and the
various non-verbal elements like the smile, eye movements, hand postures with the writing of message writing
sets the tone for interesting conversation with clarity in message sending process.
d. Control –The sender has to encode the symbols, gestures and message content controlling it with time and
quality to the receiver. The tone of writing and language vocabulary as per the social context is framed properly.

Reflection of Analysis
The first strategy should be the proper feedback system where the receiver should be
able to give feedback to the sender after decoding the message. The lack of feedback by the
receiver to the sender with the noise in the mid of the communication channel wither through
mental barriers like no interest or shyness in the way of communication. Certain difficulties
like fault in opening up with the social community outside can restrict the feedback channel.
The feedback should be communicated openly through either written or oral medium. The
second strategy can be no biasness in communication which can be through either intentional
way of no usage of proper grammatical structure or lack of respect for the receiver of the
message who may be from the other caste, gender or other social setting from a diverse
region. The diverse linguistic vocabulary and the symbols should be kept into consideration
while communicating. The third strategy should be maintenance of proper use of gestures and
signs along with the proper setting in which it should be conveyed. The unusual setting be it
in a formal setting like presentation will not entertain improper gestures or in a small team
will not like formal talks. The communication setting is important to convey the pragmatic
communication.
