Communication is an important aspect to have excel in every field as it is helpful in
explaining the desire wanted from life expectancy out to be part of better personality. In addition
to that’s their effective level of communication is important in building strong level of
relationship and the succession to achieve major level of mission and vision (Adler, Rodman and
Du Pré, 2016). The communication is the combination of good speaking and listening skills
which leads to have clear, concise communication at work and personal relationship.
The process of communication is the art of transmitting proper level of information, ideas
and attitude form one person to another one the features of communications can be two way in
process which can be through information sharing and understanding verbal’s a nonverbal
aspect. The process has inclusion of sender, ideation, messages, encoding and transmission. The
types of communication are such as their verbal, interpersonal, written communication. In
addition to that’s formal and informal along with visual communication if their important type of
communication in business (Hovland and Lumsdaine, 2017). The communication model is such
as linear model succeeding interactive model of communication. This have clear discussion of
communication is reciprocal and the role that feedback plays in communication.
In addition to that transactional model which reflects the ongoing and collaborative nature to
the relationships between the individuals communicating are highlighted. This model also
emphasizes the ongoing and fluid nature of communication (Burgoon, Guerrero and Floyd,
2016). Communication competence need proper level of flexibility along with accurate
requirement of practices to have resolution of issues with help of cognitive complexity.
