BTEC HND Business Research Project: Communication and Productivity

This research project investigates the impact of communication on organizational productivity and employee relations. It begins with an introduction outlining the aim and objectives, which include identifying factors influencing effective communication, measuring productivity levels, and exploring different communication forms. The project analyzes data through themes, such as ways to improve communication to increase productivity, the types of impact effective communication has on a company, how effective communication improves organizational production, and how improved communication upgrades employee relations. The analysis includes interpretations of the data, with conclusions drawn from the findings. The research concludes that effective communication is essential for organizational productivity, allowing employees to share their views with higher management. The project also includes references to support the research.

Introduction
Research is defined as the systematic investigation process of various
facts as well as basis for the purpose of increasing the current
knowledge. It can be done by finding several facts and figures
through available knowledge and abilities in an appropriate manner.

Aim
The project aim is to determine the major impact of communications so
that productivity can be enhanced and also achieve set goals or targets
by conducting appropriate study. Its main objectives is to create
healthy environment and good working conditions by proper
communication and interactions among workers.

Objective
The main motto of this research is to provide proper guidelines and
find best results by the researcher for the purpose of attaining set
targets of the company.
 To identify the critical factors that can influence on the effective
communication.
 To measure the level of productivity and employees relations
within an organisation.
 To identify various forms of communications for the
organisation perspective.

Theme: 1 Ways Of Improving Communication In Order To
Increase Productivity
Interpretation: From the above, it can be analyse that there are some
people who think regarding improving communication that increase
productivity by several ways such as 4 out of 20 believes in less
understanding and 5 candidates agreed with empowerment and
transparency and remaining thinks different from this.

Conclusion
from the above report it has been concluded that in an organisation it
is essential of have effective communication which provide aid in
organisational productivity. If workers are having efficient flows
of communication through which they will be able to contribute
their views in front of higher authority and management.
