Communication acts as an one of the most essential element in an organisation that
effectively foster high end growth (Doan, M. A., & et. al., (2017). This is most valuable factor
within business environment. There are numerous form of methods available within organisation
with the help of which sending of messages are done across organisational structure. Thus, it
becomes essential for an organisation to undertake best effective form of communication method
as it can make or break structure and management of organisation. While business
communication is process in which informations are shared among individuals within and
outside of organisation for commercial benefits. Further it has been evaluated that with the help
of best effective form of communication organisation cab effectively able to accomplish their
organisational goals. In this report recommendations has been offered to the director of human
resources related to three potential icebreakers activities. In addition with this report include
AIDA model.

Recommendations
As per chart activities three form of activities has been recommended to Juanita include, I
have never, Pipe Cleaners and Phrase ball. Thus, with the help of these icebreakers games
average and a dull form of meetings can be effectively transformed into something special. In
addition with icebreakers games can effectively aid organisation to make their employees
introduce to one another in an informal and fun way. This will lead towards accomplishment of
goals and objectives in best effective manner. Further this has been evaluated that, with the
assistance of activities like, I have never, Phrase ball and Pipe Cleaners individual can get
relaxed and further able to know each other that later facilitate smooth and effective form of
communication and lead towards offering best effective end outcomes.

undertaking this process company can effectively able to formulate communication within
