The success of the project that is ‘Learn with Fun’ depends on the effective
communication by the organization Kitchener Waterloo library, which is going to execute the
project of the e-learning application and in the project; this is the significance of communication.
Enhances the communication increases the success and reduce the risks. Moreover, the project
manager will be able in developing the effective communication with the stakeholders very
effectively (Binder, 2016). In this e-learning project, the two target markets are business market
and educational market.
Stakeholder Identification:
The potential stakeholders of this project are children with special needs and their
parents, who are the key stakeholders, who are going to purchase and utilize the product,
organizing team and staff, who will organise the project and thee event, sponsors, fundraisers,
donators, volunteers and the creative team. For communicating with the each stakeholder
effectively, there will be need to make the communication plan with the project management
stakeholders for developing the business and for enhancing the educational market there. There
should be effective communication with tshe special needs children and their parents. The
organization is developing the project for the children, who are special and different from the
normal children and who are not able to communicate properly with other for their learning. The
application will have the simple and easy features, which will benefit those children in
understanding the interface and will be able to understand and learn new things including audio,
video, storytelling, games, books etc. For this, the organization can use the digital marketing
tools such as social media, blogs, emails etc. Using the online strategies, the organization can
make awareness of their program using multiple social media websites, which can create interest
among the parents of the special needs child and can convince them about the easy learning
