Topic: Improving communication among the employees for increasing performance
Introduction to the project
Communication among the employees empowers integration and collaboration among
the same while operating in different business environments (White and Cansler 2019).
Moreover, the increased rate of operations in an organization is based on the collaborative
functioning of the employees as per the business model (Crotty 2017). The research will be
initiated with the purpose of developing cognition on the different operational systems and the
manner in which the induction of dedicated portals would improve the rate of communication
among the internal employees. In this relation, the research will identify the feasibility of
implementing the dedicated portals and the outcome of the same being reflected from the
organizational performance. Moreover, the research will also enumerate an action plan that
might be considered by a business while implementing dedicated portals in the operational
systems.
Objectives of the project
The objective of undertaking the project is to improve coordination and collaboration
among the different teams and departments in an organizational setting. Mock et al. (2017) stated
that communication plays an important role in maximizing the involvement and integration of
the different departments in an organization while improving performance while paying heed to
the common objectives of the venture. The key changes in the organizational operations are
based on steady links of communication between inter and intra- team employees along with the
managers. In this relation, the implementation of dedicated portals would allow an organization
in improving the rate of communication between the different stakeholders while keeping a track
of performance. The research will be initiated with the purpose of instilling an understanding of

the different ways in which an organization might empower the communicational criteria for
increasing business performance. The project would take the initiative of designing plans for
improving communication among the internal departments of an organization for integrated and
collaborative functioning of the workforce towards achieving the common objectives of the
business (Satapathy et al. 2016). The project will take the initiative of improving communication
between the employees with purpose of maximizing the productivity of the same while operating
in the different markets. The major objective of undertaking the project is to develop a
collaborative workforce through induction of efficient communication practices. Therefore, the
development of communication through the induction of dedicated portals would allow the
venture in improving the rate of operations in accordance to the strategic goals of the venture.
Proposition of an action plan
The action plan enumerates the objectives, set of activities, responsible person, the time
frame and the rationale for the activities. The different changes in the organizational operations
are reliant on effectiveness of operational planning attributes (Costa et al. 2018). In this
connection, the action plan for implementing the dedicated portal for improving links of
communication between the employees would be created. A draft version of the action plan is
being included in this section of the assessment with the objective of conceiving a clear idea on
the range of activities that might be considered by the venture while implementing the project.

the increased profitability of the venture through collaborative functioning of the workforce.
Conclusion
Therefore, from the above discussion it might be noted that the increase in operational
planning activities would enable the organization in gaining insights on the different operational
processes while operating in the different markets. The research identified the prospects of
dedicated portal in improving the links of communication between the different departments in
an organization. The research also included a draft action plan that might be considered by the
organization while implementing the dedicated portal in the organizational process.
