INTRODUCTION
Communication skills are ability of the person to provide useful information
effectively to the others. Some examples of communication are sharing of knowledge,
feelings, new ideas, etc. Effective communication skills also involves speaking ,
empathizing, listening etc.
This report will provide reflection on assistant bank mangers job experience
through Driscoll's Model and explain importance of communication. This model will help
writer to know what they have learned, affect in their personal life and what are their use
in next job. In the other part of this report will communication influence to improve job
experience.
TASK A
Driscoll's Model of reflection
What
Effective communication skills which plays important roles in every person life. I
have leaned some effective communication from my previous job. Effective
communication skills are the best skills I have learned from my previous job. I was
working in London bank where I was in a post of assist manager. My work was to assist
senior manager of the bank who was having 8 years of experience in the banking line.
This was proud feeling for me because I get change to work with the well experienced
person who was working in this industry from long years. He was having good
communication skills and whenever any customers who want any query in the bank he
used to himself and talk with them ad listen to their query (Adeleke and et.al., 2018). It
doesn't matter how busy he is , he was always ready to talk with their employees and
customers. Every person in the staff used to respect him because he talks nicely with
the every employee and their nature was good with every employee. When I ask him
that what was the reason behind your success then he answers me effective
communication because it helps us to create good experience with the others and make
good attachment t with other both employees and customers. From this experience I
have leaned that effective communication is important to be successful in the business
and helps to build good connection with the others.

I have implemented these skills myself and also affect on my own personal life.
This was the best skills I have leaned from my previous job. Effective communication
skills help me to foster a trust with others (Al-Alawneh And et.al., 2019). Used to
listens to others and give them proper solution which can help them to come out from
the problems.Effective communication skills enable me to provide clear and proper
direction to the others, so they can understand what I have to say and what their task is
to do. Skills leaned from the senior manager also affect on my work in the company
employees who were working under me start getting proper direction from me, so they
it also increases the productivity employees. this skills help me to manage team
members who were working under me and this affect on the bank's productivity.
Listening which is part of the communication should be good and this also with the
experience from the senior manage. I come to know that if I will not listen to the others
properly then I will not get the proper information that what I have to do and because of
that I will not able to perform my task properly. Then I make my habit to listen what
other people are telling and give my best to understand their information which affect on
my daily life and I started listening properly as well which affect on my task and I started
doing every task with the effective way and properly.
Now what
One moth before I have left the Senior assistant post and looking for the other
job in same sector. This experience from my previous job will help me to work more
effectively in the other job (Aurbach And et.al., 2019). Most effectively it will help me in
the interview of the job. I am having good communication skills which will help me clear
interview in the other company and I have showed them my qualities through the
effective communication. Every interviewer look for the candidates who have effective
communication skills and make their customers happy by their services. It skill will help
me to get the job and handle customers more effectively this will help me to get
promotion in the company and I can provide better assistance to the senior mangers
with who I will work. This will also help me to create good relationship with the new
employees and people. I can use my effective communication skills to create trust
among them and this will increase the flow of effective communication in the company
and every employees in the company will give their best to achieve the target and goals

of the company where I will work. I h can also handle the conflicts between the
employees who will work under me (de Sousa Mata And et.al., 2019). I will listen to both

Reflation on communication influence on individuals behaviour, performance and
experience
In my opinion effective communicative is not just about exchange the information
to the others but it is more than that. It's all about understanding the intention and
feeling of other being the information (Hasani, And et.al., 2018). As well as being able
to clearly convey a message, individual needs to listen in a way that gains the full
meaning of what being said and make the other person feel understand and heard.
Effective communication helps person to influence on individual performance, behaviour
and their experience.
Performance- effective communication helps to increase performance of the person. It
is important for us top provide them clear information and make them understand what
task they have to do, so they can give their best in the task and it will affect on their
performance, and they will able to achieve objectives and goals.
Behaviour- Effective communication will also affect on the other's behaviour because it
helps to create trust with the others. Communicating in nice way also affect on the
other person's behaviour (Luetsch and Burrows., 2018). For example – if seller is taking
nicely with their customers and communicating clearly then their customers will also
behave nice with them, and they will refer other to come their shop as well.
Experience - effective communication affect on person's experience because they will
able to provide better information to the others, and they can help them to solve their
problem effectively. It is important for the every person to adopt commination in their
life, so they can make their life better and communicate effectively with the others. Even
communication skills play important for the students and first thing they learn I the
school is communication they lean other things in the school.

As per the report has been provided reflection on assistant bank mangers job
experience through Driscoll's Model and explain importance of communication. This
model has been help writer to know what they have learned, affect in their personal life
and what are their use in next job. This report has been explained how this effective
communication helps to create opportunities and how effective communication can be
