workplaces, there are examples of racial discrimination, degrading the unity and
coordination. In this case, I think Globe model of culture can be linked. This is because of the
focus on the approach of the management towards selection of the appropriate modes of
communication for managing the nonverbal communication requirements (Ayentimi et al.
2018, p.220) Example can be cited of introducing broader disciplines for the communities
through the means of inclusive practices. This approach would be effective for enhancing the
performance orientation of the workers, enhancing the cultural diversity. The more the
members are involved in the discussions; they would feel included and valuable.

culture is correlated. In this context, I can say that reality is the most prime component for
