Purpose of the training:
The skill of effective communication is undoubtedly one of the most vital factors for
interviewers to judge the candidate during interview (Naim et al. , 2015).
Communication skill plays a significant role in IT sector as employees need to
communicate with the clients, understand their requirements and provide effective solution
(Bovee, Thill & Raina , 2016).
We, at Effective Communication, have designed our courses following this approach
very carefully. No matter whether you are just a beginner or have some skill beforehand, you
will become more skilled after the course.
Skills that users of different levels should possess :
At the end of the training, the users will have the following skills:
Effective listening
Empathy in conversation
Power to control emotions in workplace
Understand situations and respond accordingly
Difference in Skills for basic users and intermediate users:
The beginner course (EC 701) will help the users to:
Understand different communication technique and challenges

The beginner course (EC 701) will follow an interactive approach between users and
trainers to make them understand various aspects of communications followed by a practical
interview session on one to one basis. The intermediate course (EC 702) will follow face-to-face
approach and direct interaction with senior executives to help them communicate with higher
authorities in workplace.
Need of different formatting styles:
The different formatting is chosen to address different skill levels and needs so that users
gets an fair opportunity to grab the most out of the training.
