Reflective Report
In this model we all were divided into group of 10 people and each
group have to perform practices of this module collectively. I have
analysed that working in this module is significant for enhancing my
team working skills as well as performing different practices in more
accurate manner (Lovejoy, 2020). In this module I have analyse that
working in a team is great learning experience and it assist in
performing different task or practices in more accurate manner. In
order to successfully complete this module practices we all team
members have clearly defined roles and responsibility. This was
significant for timely or effectively conducting practices as well as
accomplishing desired goal. All team members were clear about roles
or duty they have to perform for successfully completing this model.
This has supported me to avoid confusion or misunderstand while
carrying out module practices. I was able to clearly focus on my task
and conducting in effective or efficient manner. In order to correctly or
timely completing the given task I have classified my each and every
task on the basis or urgency and importance. This is significant
approaches that assist me to complete required set of practices on
time. Through this module or working in team, I have learned different
approaches and practices that are significant for enhancing team
working skills as well as performing task in better manner. I have
considered my full potential and skills in order to complete all task or
practices of the team project. In this team task, leader has developed

effective plan which is helpful for providing guidance and direction to
successfully or effectively completing required set of practices (Camus,
2020). Through this I have analysed that my communication skills
played very important role in enhancing team work capabilities.
because of effective communication skills I am able to convey message
and idea with other team member or leaders in more effective manner.
Communication skill is very important to create or develop better
relationship with other team member. Through strong communication
skills I have contributed in discussing or distribution role or
responsibility to other team member. This has assist me in creating
strong relationship with other team member as well as gain
understanding about different other aspects. I have analyse that
problem solving skill is needed while conducting practices in a team.
Through problems solving skills I was able to provide better solutions
to the issues or problems of people in more effective way. I have
solved or overcome different issues which occurred during team
practices and assist in enhancing my relationship level with other team
workers. I have analysed that by providing better solutions to the
issues or team workers I have gained their trust. Other team member
were all very helpful towards me while performing different roles or
responsibility of the project. All of these aspects are significant for
enhancing or learning my team working skills.
