INTRODUCTION
Communication is defined as procedure of exchanging information, thoughts, opinions as
well as views with another people and group in a proper manner. In context to this, it can be both
academic and professional as well. Communication in context to the commercial world is
important in order to perform within the confines of business entity (Burke, 2018). It is
important for an organisation to have an effective communication with employees so that they
have clear roles and responsibilities in their mind set. The present report will include 5 tasks that
has different scenario in order to be followed. It involve information about sustainability
initiative of the company. Along with this, it consist of emails that has sent to managers and team
for particular purpose. In the last, it constitutes data upon ways by virtue of which an
organisation can borrow money at the time evolving into more sustainable entity.
TASK 1
Information about latest event or initiative taken by RETAILSY
The present report is based on RETAILSY, it is a retail company that deals in garments &
accessories sector. In addition to this, the company is taking initiative named as “RETAILSY Go
Global Initiative”. The main motive of the initiative is to connect micro and small artisans
globally in order to be make them part of retail organisation & to show their target through an
event developed by company. The event is in the form of an exhibition that provide platform to
large number of artisans to showcase their talent to large number of people globally. For this, it
is important for artisans to apply and fill a form in order to be the part of exhibition. In order to
fill application, they required to send portfolio to the assigned garment retailer. After getting all
the applications that is whether small or medium artisans, respective organisations will only
select 100 artisans & provide them a platform to sow their work to people belong from all over
the world (Falkheimer, 2017). The motive is to empower artisans who have capabilities, skills,
talent as well as competencies but due to lack of effective platform they are not able to showcase
it to same to large number of people or reach globally. With the assistance of this initiative,
RETAILSY is become an exemplar company for the commercial world. Moreover, this initiative
can also be act as employment drive and from 100 artisans, the company will select top 25
artisans in order to make them part global manpower of RETAILSY. The company ensure
favourable working situations to them and provide the satisfactory wage rate so that they can live

their livelihood in a proper manner. Therefore, initiative taken as ““RETAILSY Go Global
Initiative” is being proposed by company and will illustrate an approach used by the company to
behave in a sustainable way. It will assist garment retailer to prosper as well as flourish globally
for longer time period (Hendon, Powell and Wimmer, 2017).

We all know that in present the company is working for a very important project i.e. ‘Eco-
friendly Solutions’ with an objective to offer substitute of single-use cups to customer of the
company- Coffee House.
A board meeting was fixed on 2nd June 2010 at 11 a.m. This meeting is going to attend by group
of subordinates who has working in various section of the project. This formal meeting
highlight the small wins which all of us has attained as a collaborative unit.
It is an acknowledgement mail to all those individuals who are the part of project and work with
their full potential in order to gain favourable and positive results as well.
It is noticed by me that few members of project is facing certain problems. One of the issue that
has been observed is communication. Another issue that has been highlighted is lack of
supervision and guidance for completion of project. In order to resolve such issue, a manual
handbook has been developed by me in order to give written instruction and guidance to several
aspects of the project implementation.

Subject: Issue of Texting and lateness in meetings
Dear Team,
“Punctuality & discipline is one of the key to attaining higher growth and success within the
corporate life.”
It is observed that during the meetings many of the team members coming late in order to attend
meetings. Along with this, it is noted that team members are busy in messaging or texting and
using their cell phones when the important discussion are going between members and senior
authorities. All this issues is highly unacceptable as it leads to attainment of negative results that
directly impact on business performance and image as well.
First of all, lateness of members develop an environment of indiscipline in the office
timings and scenario.
Secondly, coming late disturbs all other team members and diver their mind on them
instead of important topic.
Thirdly, messaging or texting within the meeting decline the morale and confidence of
other team members.
It is analysed that messaging even leads to distraction in minds of other people and
creates off topic discussion as well.
Also, texting and indiscipline in meeting develops nuisance that impact on the flow of
discussion on important topic.
So, it is now expected from all of you to take such issues into consideration & avoid coming
late and texting within the meetings. If discipline is not maintained by any of the member then
strict actions will be taken by senior authorities on that particular member of company.

prevailing at marketplace. One of the main motive of bringing such initiative is to strengthen
market performance and to earn higher profits which will raise revenue of company in long run.
Main Body - Different ways to make money while remaining sustainable
Sustainability is significant for every business entity as it acts as a linkage among society
as well as company. In context to this, below give are the few ways by virtue of which respective
organisation can remain sustainable at the of making money:
One of the way is offering customised and demanding clothing by which CREATIVESY
is able to generate money while focusing and remaining sustainable in front of
marketplace globally. In addition to this, it will assist in declining cost of producing those
products that are non-trendy and did not prefer by customers at marketplace.
The respective organisation can make use of natural dye &colour. It will assist company
to ensure that promote and offer green fashion at marketplace (Rose, Ussher and Perz,
2017). In addition to this, it implies that company will be capable to effectively appeal
public in large for its sustainable initiatives.
It is recommended to CREATIVESY to foster & facilitate fair as well as ethical fashion
by neglecting to produce an product which is made by skin of animals and by harming
any of the animal as well. It is an effective move toward developing a sustainable fashion
brand at marketplace & setting an example in eyes of other organisations (Howard,
McCann and Dudley, 2020). It will help in attaining competitive advantage while
remaining sustainable in long-run.

Conclusion
It has been concluded that sustainability is one of the significant aspect for a business
entity as it help in develop an effective brand image that impact directly on performance and
profitability of an organisation. Along with this, it is analysed that bringing new initiative by
CREATIVESY will assist business entity to raise its profit and revenue level for longer time.
Moreover, it will also assist in developing effective relations among company & people
prevailing at marketplace.
CONCLUSION
From the above study, it has been concluded that sustainability is the main objective and
aim of a business entity which is operating as a part of economy within the present context. IN
addition to this, it provide guidance to a company to ensure that it is going to earn high level of
profit and revenue in coming years. Along with this, it is analysed that each and every
organisation consider sustainability initiatives by virtue of that it is capable to ensure operations
and activities in favour of society and environment that is important in order to be accountable.
Apart from this, it is determined that project management is the procedure which required to be
consider properly in order to execute tasks and activities in an appropriate manner.
