in an company and will also clarify principles of better communication in form of literature. It

through face to face meeting or communication which is quite beneficial for message sender and
receiver as it help them to understand each and everything in effective manner. Purpose of this
form of organizational communication is to present main subject or content in organized and
systematic manner. The principles of oral communication form is different from another one that
is clarity, attention, language, consistency, content of message, timeliness and few others.
Among list of many methods or forms face to face communication is the best. It allow workers
within companies to build strong relationship with others and also permit them to interact with
