 Oral barriers- The teachers and
management of Learn English UK is not
understanding the requirements of the
students and they problems they are facing
when they are communicating it.
 Cultural barriers- The management of the
school misunderstands when the students
complain as the cultural difference can be
because of language barrier.
 Feedback policy- Learn English UK does
not have the feedback policy so that the
students can share their problems. They are
observing the behaviour of students and
parents that they are backing out but not
taking their recommendations.
 Focussing on personal agenda- The
management of the school is focussing on
making money, they are not understanding
that the students are not getting comfort and
are not able to convey it.
Strategies for overcoming communication

 Build relationships- The teachers should make
relationships with students so that they can have informal
communications and can understand the problem they

 Be vulnerable- The students should be vulnerable and
complaint to the top level management of the Learn
English UK. They should not leave the school without
giving excuse to the management because they should
improve their functions.
 Student's Evaluation- The students should be given an
option to evaluate the services of school and the
environment they are getting. It is a formal method of

knowledge of the problems of the students.

The students are the most important assets for the
students and they should increase the satisfaction of the
students and satisfy their needs. There are many
problems which are faced by the students and they are
not able to communicate it to the management and it
should be identified to achieve success.

directors, workers etc. and they have different
expectations. They want a high quality service and
growth in learning. The schools are the most important
factors which influences the behaviour of students
