INTRODUCTION
Business communication signifies sharing of data and information of organisation to
subordinate or outside organisation. Business communication must be required by any company
to build appropriate relation with its subordinate and with outsider. Modern organisation focuses
on maintaining communication by using online platform related to web communication. This
reflection provides how communication is important for conducting various tasks in proper way.
This also provides description regarding how it is necessary to improve business communication.
It also provides explanation in respect of business communication that is helpful in future period
of time (Dwyer and Hopwood, 2019).
MAIN BODY
Key elements of appropriate business communication
The appropriate business communication provides information between inside as well as
outside of organisation. The communication makes sure that individual person promote proper
decisions within company. There are various key factor of appropriate business communication
that is going to be mentioned below:
Structure is determined as a main factor which is adopted in appropriate business
communication as it includes opening, body & last close. The subordinate focuses on ending
communication that attracts large number of audience during the period of time.
Clarity It is the other factor which is needed in appropriate business communication
because clarity is necessary to communicating effectively with another person. In addition to
this, it is important to communicate appropriately for conducting different task properly.
Consistency inconsistency generate barrier in process of communication so it is necessary
to bring consistency in order to communicate effectively with another person (Pikhart, 2018).
Medium the next factor is medium, it is determined as a tool by which communication
process is performed. It must be laptop, mobile phone as many more. It requires being in
appropriate way so in order to interact effectively.
Recency person focuses on opening sentence that is connected to closing sentence.

Gibbs reflective cycle was given by Graham Gibbs in year of 1988. This model provides
structural into learning that is taking place from experience. This is providing framework for
assessing experience. There are six levels in this model included that is given below:
Description during lecture related to business communication, I have acquired knowledge
related to business communication that helps in sharing of data &information to both insider as
well as outsider. I can capable to understand different kind of theory that is included in process
of communication. There are different kinds of challenges which are coming among appropriate
business communication during particular phase of time period.
Feeling business communication is determined as a most significant part of company.
Before reading topic, it is necessary for me to understand this topic in more appropriate manner
in order to understand need and want of subordinate and also assess wants of customer for
communicating properly.
Evaluation by this process, I can capable to assess each member of business organisation
and it is required to build appropriate skill related to business communication in them. By using
this process, they are capable to appropriately communication with another individual person
within company.
Analysis I have assess that presentation helps in maintaining skill related to business
communication, the employee can perform their work in an appropriate manner and resolve
problem during the period of time.
Conclusion it is concluded that appropriate skill related to business communication can
build superior speaker as well as superior listener.
Action plan if I am performing their work within business organisation, it is necessary to
consider appropriate skill related to business communication that must be obeyed by me. And, I
am focusing on communicating with another person in order to perform different task in an
appropriate way. It is significant for individual person to have skill for interacting with other
person effectively.
CONCLUSION
On basis of above given information, it is assess that business communication signifies
sharing of data and information of organisation to subordinate or outside organisation. Business
