Personal and professional development is the procedure in which an individual or
organisation connected in the process of learning to face the challenges and desire goals. It is
related with the development of desired of an individual as well as group (Brown and Militello,
2016). To recognise and analysis the personal and professional development required to focus on
managerial or leadership skill like time management, creating presentation and stress
management. Every person have a particular quality that make different from other people. It
become strength for him/her in different manner. I have quality of the communication skill that
utilise by me to influence any people in marketing sector and increase profit of the organisation.
To identity the quality in specific manner required to follow the Johari model in which define
about the openness and bind spot and many things. With the help of theory defined about the
quality and relates perspectives. Along with during to workshop exercise face many challenges
that help to gain experiences that use in the future activities.

communicate about any thing that help in my personal as well as professional development. At

manner. Communication quality involves thoughts of taste, operating and wholesomeness. The
perceived trustworthiness consist of the familiarity, naturalness, confidence and knowledge of
long term hazards regarding to project. Every person set own criteria regarding to any
personality that time difficult to understand the mentality.
To define the my quality use the theory of the Johari window model. This model define
as a technique that supports an individual to better interpret the relationship with themselves an
others. The particular model developed by the Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in order to
utilise as self groups and corporate settings as a heuristic effort (Bubb and et. al, 2016). This
theory easily apply regarding to my quality because it is useful tool that mainly utilise by people

seminars, work shops. During to my work shop I face many types of challenges that create
problem for me such as:

easily grab the information and I taking time to understand these things so makes my position as
slow and present in negative manner in front of top management. Johari model use to unknown
about the many areas. Due to have less knowledge impact on the performance so it is required to

2) No knowledge about the improvement: When I have no knowledge about it so it was creating
problem for me because I did not understand in the different situation how to improve and
present in better manner. I have no idea how to improve my knowledge specially in which are
because I feel down in the starting by slowly increase knowledge and collect information about
different things.
3) Education and training: Every person belong different background and have different
education level so impact on the work performance. During to work shop I have not sufficient
knowledge and did not provide effective training that shows negative impact and face the
challenge. To improve my knowledge require to take proper education and training regarding to
information and it is complex to take typical training regarding to specific topics.
4) Challenge of convergent thinking and innovation: According to situation an individual that
their perception regarding to particular things. I have face the convergent thinking that require to
change according to situation. In the different situation require to people thinking that shows
performance affectivity. According to situation take appropriate step regarding to particular task
(Serin, 2017). Many time we think that it is right way but it is not because where I have not
proper guidance so increase the knowledge change the thinking.
5) Lack of knowledge of different models: To increase my personal and professional
development regarding define different model and ask question but I have not knowledge. So I
face the problem to read out all the model and analysis that which theory apply tat this and work
in the different situation effectively. To present into different task require to myself effectively
for this require to proper information about the different model that I have not.
6) Organizational structure and needs: In the organization we can learn many thing but my
organization structure different so it provides training according to that. This time require to
organise different seminar that not successful so for this put needs on main priority to get success
but few people does not make effort and face the failure in the organise seminar and the event.
7) Low decision making: I face different situation at the work place that time require to take right
decision after evaluation but I have not guts to take right decision on right time. This time require
to analysis all the specific situation that time require to take suggestion from my senior. Many
times in the critical situation I can not take proper decision. So for this require to analysis all the
condition then take decisions in different situation.

Contradiction evident means a situation as well as idea where a person in opposition to

statement and keep opposite ideas. Such as at the my work shop I feel low because I have quality
of the communication skill but I have not sufficient knowledge so how to present myself in front
of every one. The major evident is due to performance appraisal I was doing hard work to get
upper position at the my organisation so this time I was presenting every presentation full
confidence and present every information in front of management. At the time of appraisal every
one expect that this position got by me but it got by another person that was worst situation for
me. So in many cases our weakness show negative impact on the performance and face the
problem regarding to personal and professional development. I have quality of the good
communication skill but along with have many weak points. These points more than the strength
so I was not getting that position but take good experience and improve myself on personal and
professional level. It works positive manner to grab the opportunity.
