INTRODUCTION
Communication is the process in which 2 or more individuals interact with each other and
share their thoughts & views. In businesses, communication skills helps an individual to interact
with staff members in and effective and efficient manner (Certo, 2018). For maintaining healthy
relations between customers and co workers, strong communication is very crucial. It is a critical
factor for success of every business enterprise. This assignment is based on models and systems
of communication utilized to interact with stakeholders and technology, methods are also utilized
by business. In addition to this, barriers & principles of effective communication are also covers
in this project.
