INTRODUCTION
Communication is being considered as a specific term that includes all the information
that a sender tries to transfer to the targeted person with the help of different media. In modern
era, it can be said that it is much required for business organisations or for an individual to use
different means of interaction/communication in order to transfer the information which he/she is
willing exchange. Every single human being contain feelings of their own along with perceptions
and in order to communicate, they use different mediums through which they can interact with
others (Certo, 2018). Some of major modes here are: writing, verbal, non-verbal and many more
which can be used by organisation. In present assignment, some of methods along with
applications of communication are going to discussed. Assessment will also put light on some
barriers that are related to communicational process.

Oral Communication
Oral communication is a process which comes under verbal connections. An individual
here tries to deliver information to others with the help of verbal means of exchange. A good
figure of speech can be helpful as with the help of same message can be conveyed in a better
manner (Kurtz, Draper and Silverman, 2016). This type of communication consists with both
senders along with receivers through which many benefits can easily be gained right on time.

My reaction: Sorry for the inconvenience sir. What all happened is because of
