Communication skills for business is important for an business. Thus sender can easily
communicate the message to the receiver (Adams, 2014). It is important that message can be
send in proper manner so that other person can easily understand the message. Assignment
describes about the theory of communication including communication models and systems,
methods and the methods through which interaction can become more effective. It also explains
about the oral communication by creating a interview between interviewer and dissatisfied
customers. It further describes about the written communication such as letter, C.V. And email
etc. This is done so that individual can apply for the post.

Oral communication is the process in which communication takers through oral mode.
For example interviewer can interact with the customer or they can interact with telephony. This
is the suitable and crucial method of interaction (Hasson, 2015). As sender sends the message to
receiver in a effective and efficient manner and this takes through a face to face communication.
It directly saves the time of sender and thus they can directly make communication effective.
In this effective method direct suggestions and feedback can directly be received and thus
communication can become more effective (Kurtz, Draper and Silverman, 2016). By receiving
necessary suggestions sender can easily maintain secrecy in the information and data which is
exchanged between the receiver and sender.
There is a case in which all users have to complain about the products and services with
the interviewer (Nguyen, Newby and Macaulay, 2015). It has created a questionnaire in which it
creates lot of questions and thus it can increase the satisfaction level of all people. Interview

My response: No thanks. I do not want to receive any product. I am very frustrated and
irritated. I can purchase another product from another company. I never purchase any product
from this company. I tell this incidence to all my friends and relatives so that they also do not

staff members and this never happen again. Our company delivers you the fresh product in
