Communication is a process of transfer massage from one place to another effectively. A
part from this, it is a exchanging as well as imparting of data or information by writing, speaking
or any other mode of conversation with in and out side the company. Communication is very
effect tool to make relationships with clients thus help organisations to attract large number of
consumer toward firm product and services effectively. In this report covers communication
model, systems, method and technology with business. Also includes oral communication as
well as written skills of interviewee.

Effective Oral communication is a key success of sales person because when they meet
their clients orally tasking with each other about product and its feature, after then all legal
formalities should be done on on written basis. In interview room, interviewer has provide
situation to interviewee in which person has deal with irate clients that can not receiver their
delivery of product on promises date and time. The oral conversation has going thought like this,

Clients: I am not receive my product till yet.....
Interviewee: Sorry for inconveniences sir, but due to some technical issues firm can not able to
deliver your product on time.
Clients: So what, I don't needed any excuse please solve issues as soon as possible.
Interviewee: I can understand sir their problem and convey it with my technical team so they
solve their issues effectively in limited time.
Clients: Your company services is very bad and I will make sure not only me but also my
friends, family, social group etc. purchase your product.
Interviewee: Sorry for inconveniences...
Clients: What is sorry....some time it can not work so please not give me any apologetic
statements.....

what they says and how to hand a situation in front of person.
