INTRODUCTION
Reflection writing is among one of the most important process which certainly allows to
bring improvement in future time period. In simple term, it allows to identify about the strength
and the weaknesses of an individuals which can help to identify that how person can work more
effectively on weaker area. Overall reflection writing try to deliver positive result to any of the
person but the thing is that person must be able to identify about the area where they needs to
work. In context of the essay, there will be discussion on one of the main quality or skill which is
quite crucial for future growth. While skills or quality will be discusses it will be majorly
focused that how theory can be applied in it for the purpose of bringing improvement to the
various level so that goals and target can be accomplished.
MAIN BODY
It is necessary for any of the person to have some of the skills which can be beneficial for
them for performing any of the specific task. In the similar way the skill or quality in which I am
good at is Communication skill. In simple words, it is the skills which is quite important for me
as it allows to transfer of ideas, facts and other important information which can be crucial in
obtaining the result. But, while having any type of communication, it is essential to understand
that those skills are being understood by the persons to whom it is being communicated. The
communication skill has its own importance which certainly encourages the person to perform
any of the task in a systematic manner so that goals can be accomplished. It is never easy for the
person to understand that communication skills is among one of the important thing but the main
area or aspects which is focused in it is that how person uses the skills at the time of having
conversation. Person having different types of skills have number of benefits and option through
which they can bring improvement in the life of a person. Communication skills can certainly
allow to complete the task on specific time period, it can be used as a commitment for the
workers or subordinates where different directions can be given by the person and many more.
Talking in context of a business organization, it is said that any of the person having good
communication skills will benefit entity in number of ways because it will provide the way that
how any of the work can be done. Even having effective communication skills will allow to
ensure the company can easily accomplish their goals. This is the main benefit which person can
obtain they have a effective communication skill with them.

Communication skills are among the most important skill in present scenario because it is
said that person will allow them to express in front of other which is quite necessary. Talking
about my own experience, I can easily say that it is among the most important skills that helps in
number of areas for attaining my goals and target within the specific time period. Talking in
context of the assignment, this is one of the reflections writing which is related to the
communication skill in the life of a person where what are those things in which he is capable
off. With the help of different individual theory person can even evaluate the skills that he has
and in the same manner, below one of the quality related theory has been discussed.
Johari Window are being considered as a method through which the ultimate partnerships
could be strengthened and the interactions with themselves and others understood better. Joseph
Luft proposed a theory as well as its implementation has been executed as something of a system
improves in the personality-groups as well as company setups (Riley, 2015). There are various
key elements that are often considered to become the four segments or window panels with the
support from which changes can be made in an individual's general communication process
given as follows.
Open / self-area or arena, the conversation is already made regarding an individual ’s
thoughts, behavior, emotions, abilities with the aid of which certain people often know an
person. This really is the environment in which the interpersonal procedures are accomplished
and it is much more productive to allow good contact among two or more parties so that it
becomes important to effectively communicate whatever they want to communicate with each
other. In Blind Spot or Blind Self, it is quite a debate about it's fact which suggests there was
some knowledge regarding oneself that you really don't think about but many others recognize it
well. This thing occurs while you are viewed by certain people in a unique manner as
anticipated. The third element is Hidden Area or Facade, that concern provided is linked to the
knowledge that is concealed from yourself, but is also withheld from someone else. It may be
linked to a person's private details that is not given to a user. It's linked to the secret reality,
thoughts, suggestions of other people that affects a person's emotions. In Unknown Area Johari
Window's final part, study will provide an insight of the data that is unconscious to both you and
some peoples as well. It involves knowledge, opinions, facts that are not recognized to others and
that which is not in yourselves interest.

Discussing about communication skill, it has been major skill for me which has helped me
in number area. This is one of the skills which can allow the person to present their facts and
views to other person but if in case person do not hold any such skill, then it becomes quite
difficult for them to perform their respective work in a systematic manner. There are lots of
benefit which can be seen within the communication skills such as it is among one of those skills
which will allow to collect all of that information which can be result oriented in nature. Talking
about myself, it is clearly said that communication skills has helped in performing number of
activities. With the help of this skill, I am able to present my views points and idea which can be
beneficial for another person. In other words, this quality is strength for me because there are
number of occasion where thought and idea are required to be presented. I am always good in
presenting idea and view and even able to convince other people with the help of my
communication skill which is allowing me to understand that how important communication
skills is in present scenario. For example: I had gone for some of the marketing project from my
university where some of the indication has been provided to be that selling of product must be
done with the help of communication skill rather than focusing on the reduction of a price. It was
the task in which I was quite confidence because I was just needed to perform my work with the
help of that skill in which I am good at. Even I was able to convince the people in field visit for
purchasing the product at same price which I had demanded from the customers. In addition to
this, it can be easily expressed that communication skills are much and more effective in
obtaining the goals on specific time period because it allow the individual to present proper
information in a very short time period which is quite necessary in current scenario.
There are number of quality, behavioral preferences which are helping me to support in my
effective communication skills. Some of the main attributes which has been helping throughout
this effective process is the way of presenting my idea and thoughts that I have. Secondly, I do
not feel shy at the time of having conversation with any of the person which is among the most
important quality that I have and which is allowing me to succeed. On the other side, it is said
that behavioural preferences are also important because it says that how any of the person need
to perform their work. Behavioural preferences that I am good in analysing each of the situation
which arises in front of me. The other quality is that I am capable of finding facts whenever I go
for communication which is allowing to obtain much and more favourable result.

When I was continuing my workshop there are number of challenges which I had to face
while performing my work. In my workshop, the most important thing where I have worked is
Talker and listener activity which is allowing me to improve my skills. Although, it was one of
the challenging situations for me because it is never an easy task to listen to the conversation of
other people on a regular basis. Both, after certain time period I got the opportunity to understand
that listening to other people can enhance the capability of thinking something new through
which idea and thoughts can be presented in more effective manner. Even theory of Johari
Window is helpful because both of them focuses towards the work which person is trying to
perform. Also, workshop gives the idea that how I can overcome those area where I am not good
at performing my work in a systematic manner.
It has been more often found that communication skills which the person do might differ but
the important thing which is necessary to understand is that how those skills are being used. Till
now, the highest level of contradiction where I have to suffer is the time when I go try to have
effective communication with my professors. Mostly I have seen that professor are always good
at communication skills because they are the one who present their idea and thought in front of
the student. So, while having conversation in front of them I face number of issue because I get
confused that whether the points which I will try to explain will be understood or not. Even this
are the situation which occurs while having the conversation within other people who lacks in
communication skills. It is because they are among the people who is not good at having
communication which means that even if I try to explain any of the point to them, it will not be
easy for them to understand. This are also some of the critical situation because in this particular
phase points are required to be presented differently in front of the people in a different manner
which becomes quite difficult job to do in current scenario.
Finally, talking about future and the benefit that I can obtain with the help of
communication skills is that I can easily make my professional field effective. In any of the
organisation only those people are capable of handling the top position who are able to present
idea, thoughts and make other understand that how work is to be done. This can certainly allow
me to obtain favourable result which is quite important for me. There are number of benefits
which can be obtained within the help of this respective quality. For example: it is necessary to
understand that whenever if I am appointed in a marketing team of a company then there will be

the requirement of dealing with customers. It can be among one of the most effective platforms
from where communication can be done easily by dealing with customers and even knowledge
can be gained. The other thing which is quite necessary for any of the person to understand that
communication is always a two-side process where interaction should be done by either of the
party. It means that there will be higher possibility for me to learn something new on a daily
basis.
This are only not the benefits which can obtained through the quality of communication
skill but is one of the skills which can certainly allow me to resolve any of the issue which arises
in any of the situation. Having this skill can allow me to develop relation which is quite
necessary because if in any of the person lacks in developing relationship with other people then
it is among one of the most difficult tasks for them to survive within the market. Some of the
other benefit for future course is that communication skill can easily provide the way that how
any of the person can promote team building because each of the person can rely upon each
whenever they face any of the difficultly while performing their roles and responsibility. With
effective communication, conflicts are resolved quickly, employees can better manage their
workload and distractions are minimized. These benefits contribute to greater productivity for
you and your team. There are number of situation where person requires effective direction for
attaining the goals and in the same manner it is said that if I have a good communication can
skills then I can easily provide direction to other people that how they are needed to perform any
of the work in any of the situation. This are some of the major benefits which can be obtained in
future with the help of effective communication skill that I have in my self in present scenario.

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be easily concluded that having a quality or skill is quite
necessary for any of the individual because it supports a person in future time period. Person
having good communication skill can certainly benefits in number of ways because it can make
working condition easier and faster and even person can allow themselves to make understand
other. Although, there are number of situation where this skill is not effective because of the lack
of confidence that an individual has but it can certainly help to learn something new on a daily
basis which is quite important.
