Introduction
The term communication refers to the activity where one person
shares his or thoughts with another person. Basically, it is the
process where people talk with other in written or verbal form, to
establish a better communication, it is important to be patient with
the person and give them ample time so that he can explain his
thoughts in most efficient way. The power of communication is vital
for any kind of field, as it allows to grow a good and healthy relation
among the society and shows the sense of respect towards each
other. This given presentation is about the attributes of good
communication skills, with the help relevant theories.

Human relations theory of communication-
This theory was discovered in the year 1930 by Hawthorne, who wants to
identify the key issues or the breaches which are commonly occurred in
between the sender of the message and person who have received that. It
generally happens when the person is not able to follow the proper
instructions which is important to do the good communication and in presence
of such hindrances one can misheard the message which have been delivered
to him by other. With the help of this theory, it will become very easy to
analyze all those key factors which plays a vital role in removing all such
complexities in the communication.
