INTRODUCTION
Communication skills are the abilities of utilizing the giving and receiving of different
kind of information. The different types of communication skills will be explained in the lesson
plan. The lesson plan will help in explaining the ways of improving the communication skills.
Difference between the communication skills for students and teachers are discussed. A role of
communication skills in the process of teaching will be analysed. Leadership skills are also going
to be discussed as another topic for this lesson plan.
OBJECTIVES
 To learn the ways of improving different types of communication skills.
 To understand the importance of communication skills for both students and teachers.
 To understand the leadership skills and its importance for teachers and students.
Scheme of work
In the learning practices of the communication the teachers will be teaching the students
different activities such as writing skills, listening skills, visual communication, nonverbal
communication, group communication and role play (Gutiérrez-Puertas and et.al., 2020). All
these types of communication practices will be effective activities which will help the business to
achieve the growth they require for the growth of the business. From the following practices the
learners want to provide the teachers with growth and operations. It can be said that the learning
of the individuals will also be affected when they will be able to growth their communication
skills. Role play and group conversation can be also help the learners to gain real life experiences
which help in the management of the operations of the learning. Improvement of the writing
skills will be done by the teachers through proper communication thus, it helps the learners for
the develop their academicals experiences.

the learner's growth. It can be said that planning and management of time can also help the
individual to bring growth to their learning as collaborative working is important for increasing

learner to bring better communication practices for management of time. It is considered that
giving and receiving of feedback for the performance of the learning practices is essential for the
learners.
LEADERSHIP FOR STUDENTS
Leadership as a skill is important for the students as it builds self-confidence. Confidence is build
when the student takes responsibilities, responsibilities can be taken with the proper management
of learners. It is important for the students because it helps them to develop opportunities for the
students which is important for achieving the tasks effectively. Being a leader helps in the
development of trust worthiness and is considered to be very important for working with the
team. The abilities of the learners for leadership can be considered to be the factor which impacts
the enthusiasm, optimism and self-belief. The learning outcomes of the students with the
leadership practices will result in trustworthiness, responsibilities, respectful and resilient for
having better listener and communicator. Improving leadership practices can allow the students
to become better listeners and communicators which make the students capable of finding
solutions (Lac and Cumings Mansfield, 2018)
CONCLUSION
With the help of this lesson plan the ways in which the students can improve their
academicals performance from communication is discussed. In this plan the different types of
communication and the different activities indulged in its operations along with their learning
outcomes are discussed. This lesson plan is able to explain about the importance of the
communication skills and how they are essential for the business.
