Purpose
This course is effective in improving the understanding of business communication. It could
also be effective for the attainment of organization task. I also improved my understanding of
communication skills that are required to effectively operate the business acts and make a
decision effectively. In the last six months, I observed that I was not aware of the
communication skills as I improved after the course.
Discussion prompt
I improved my understanding of business communication skills that are effective for gaining
the profitability of the firm. I also improved my existing skills that will aid to make my career
in the human resources department and retain my position for the long-term. From this
course, I observed that communication leads to make a transparent relationship with others. I
also improved my understanding of an action plan that is effective for improving the
weakness of mine. I enhanced my understanding of interpersonal business communication
that leads to operating the business effectively. I improved my knowledge about the
intercultural communication that will facilitate to me for effectively communicating with a
diverse culture of people. I improved my knowledge towards teamwork communication and
leadership skills that leads to being a successful manager in the upcoming period, which
could be a major achievement. I enhanced my learnings towards the leadership that supports
to influence a huge number of consumers. From the learning, I also used different approached
like reading newspapers, attended conference, seminar, and valuable method. It will lead to
improve my communication skills and meet the aim of the research.
