REFLECTION
This is the reflective paper of my experiences which I came across while working in an
organisation. It is related to the importance of a skill or knowledge in the life of an individual.
There are different skills and competencies which helps an individual to achieve the goals and
objectives which an individual wants to accomplish in his or her own life. The difference will be
a lot in the perceptions of different people regarding essence of skills in their life. But according
to me, significance of communicating skills is of utmost essence in an individual's life. There
could be different reasons for this but for me, the reason is also different. For the success of an
organisation, the contribution of employees is important and its essence and the employees will
be able to perform their given tasks in an effective manner only when they are provided with
enough guidance, clarity, their responsibilities in a clear and understandable way. When
employees are clear with what they are required to do than this will impact positively upon them
and they will be able to perform their provided tasks in an efficient and effective way. And in
case they are provided with clear guidance than it will not be possible for them to complete their
provided tasks in an effective way. There emerges the significance of communication skills as
the accomplishment of an association lies in the hands of an individual having great relational
abilities. With the assistance of good relational abilities, it will be conceivable to make the

could be improved. This will help me in providing the information and guidance to my
employees in a better and more understandable way which will directly impact positively on the
growth and development of the organisation.
The positive impact will also be on their level of confidence and interest in the work
because they will know accurately about what they are required to and this will increase the level
of their interest in the organisation. It is because their performance is improved, they are doing
work in an effective. Employees lose their interest in the work when they are not able to perform
the work in an efficient and effective way. So it is important to make improvement in the
communication skills to make effective accomplishment of different tasks and also for the
achievement of organisational as well individual goals in their own life and career. There is also
requirement of some other important attributes in an individual, behavioural preferences with the
help of which, communication skills will be developed in a better way. As such with the help of
being calm, pleasant, good listener and good speaker, understanding nature will help an
individual to develop their own communication skills in a good way which will provide them
with the best way. These are some of important attributes and behavioural preferences that will
provide the employees to perform their actions in positive way and influence others so that the
achievement of individual as well as organisational perspectives could be made possible.

skill, improvement in the overall way of behaving will be made and they will be able to explain
their views in a better and efficient way. Managers need those staff which are able to make
