INTRODUCTION
Communication skills has played great role in any workplace, because with these
skills a person is able to remove many errors in their workplace. Currently most
companies or businesses has given promotion priority to those employees which has
very effective communication skills. That's why these skills are too important in any
place.
LO1
Part A: Effective Communication Skills
Communication skills are very important to me, because without these skills I'll
not able to face my different clients. I completely understand the actual value of good
communication skills. Each professional currently needed these skills, because a these
are the best way to attract customer (Kanki, 2019). My top-level management is too
serious on communication skills, because according to management these skills are too
necessary to use in daily operations. According to my colleagues, my current
communication skills are too effective, because I can easily convince to my clients for
buying any service with the support of these skills. Most employees in my workplace
has effective communication skills. Reason is, my management provides many training
sessions to all employees where they can improve these skills. These training sessions
are one of main reason behind my current well communication skills. I think these skills
shows professionalism of a person. Currently I'm working on very higher post in my
workplace, because my top-level management has promoted me because of my
excellent communication skills.
I have client facing job, so I highly need well interaction values or skills. Basically,
interaction values are also part of communication skills. I always need to interact with
my customers to sale them any service. Mostly I have succeeded to convince customer
for buying company's services. Now I'm a great asset to my workplace, because it has
gained large customer base through me. My boss and seniors mostly appreciate me for
these skills. Many times they give me opportunity to present a presentation in the front
of many professionals, because I have the finest interaction values. Top-level
management of other companies is also gives example of my skills to their employees.
In this case, once another company nearby me has offered me a job of higher post in

their workplace, but I have not accepted that offer, because I'm loyal with my current
workplace. But on that time was understand that, people given respect in the market to
those people which has extra-ordinary technique of talking. Means, a person which has
great interaction values is able to achieve high success in the market.
I always like to read those magazines, books, e-articles which has been
mentioned things related to communication skills. Currently I have great leaving
standard, in which these skills are main reason behind my current position. One day in
my office, my boss said that if any person has some effective interaction skills in any
sector, then it'll able to gain huge profit. He said, with these skills a person can achieve
success in each sector or industry. These things which my boss said has positively
affected my personal life, because on that time to date I still take various steps for
increasing these skills day by day. Currently many employees are working under my
command, so I can easily handle all of them with support of these skills. I enable to
manage all things systematically in my job role, in this management task my skills has
played very productive role.
Proper body language is also too necessary to put effective impression on other
party (Ozyilmaz and Taner, 2018). Body language is one of major parts of
communication skills, but I'm currently not able to maintain impressive body language
when I talk someone. This is my main weakness under communication skills. I daily
work on improving my body actions to talk someone in systematic manner. This is a
basic rule that if your excellent interaction skills, but you should maintain effective body
language as well. By the way, currently I'm improving body language too for more
effectively communicate with other in the future. I think, I'll achieve more success in my
life with the help of these skills.

Part B: Reflection
Communication skills in professional life are too necessary for maintain extra-
ordinary professionalism. These skills have highly influenced my performance,
behaviour and experience in positive way, because I had taken great advantages from
my effective communication skills. I was promoted on higher post in my very small age
because of my skills. Currently many people have worked under me, this is really great

achievement to me. Many times I thank to god which has given me these skills. Mainly
these skills are a god gift to me, because most people currently not have skills like me.
In each sector, people give attention to only those people who has extra-ordinary
interaction values. There is good listening habit is also a great part of communication
skills, so I've this habit too. I always give priority to 'listening' than saying, because a
good listener is only become a good speaker. That's why people like to talk with me. I
always listen people systematically and once they stop saying, then I'll start to say
something. Currently I'm able to improve my performance, behaviour and experience
with the support of these communication skills. These skills have made each
conversation memorable, and now I have achieved well settled life also because of
these skills. At the end I just wants to say only one thing that if any person has excellent
communication skills, then it'll achieve great success.
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded that communication skills play very important role in
professional life, because a person can easily improve its performance with these skills.
Currently each person should maintain effective communication skills to impress other
party who has involved in conversation.
