INTRODUCTION
Communication is a very important process that helps two or more individuals to transfer
and share useful information. The communication skills are the abilities to determine personality
and behaviour of others; it also helps to handle critical situations at workplace or personal lives
of individuals.
The present report is in context to communication at workplace . It will determine various

Communication helps in dealing with many critical situations that arise among
individuals. In the scenario given, a customer is frustrated due to delayed delivery of a product.
