issue and never let that happen. Therefore, it is important for people to understand the need of
the situation and talk accordingly. The bosses are out there not listen that whose fault it was
but they want alternation solutions for the problems. Therefore, the employee will instantly
gain respect if they will start speaking with a problem solving approach (Agarwal, 2019).
The aim of this article is to make people understand that every word counts in a
business setting or any other environment. Hence, it emerges as a crucial need to present the
words that are committing and problem solving in the environment. It is rightly said that
words can either open the doors or slam them shut. It only depends upon the influential
message that a person shares to others in the society that attract them or detaches them.
Every person frame best case scenarios and stories in their mind in which they speak
the right words and impress all the people present on the table. However, opposite happens in
the real world situation because the bosses are unable to understand the words of the
employees and the employees face difficulty in expressing their beliefs to them.
Therefore, powerful usage of words could lead to shape the impression of people in
the environment. Good speakers can do well in the business scenarios because they know
what to speak when the bosses are extremely happy, sad or agitated. This powerful tool could

are something that instantly motivate or demotivate a person, therefore, a straight forward
person can never become a good leader because he would not understand the need of time
and express their words accordingly. Thus, a person who can play with words could easily
motivate or demotivate people in the environment which can subsequently be helpful for the
growth of the business.
The article stated that instead of clearly denying for the job or work, the employees
should mould their words towards a softer approach. Use of softer words could help the
employees in initiate communication in the environment and implementing a problem solving
approach as well. Even if the end result of the activity do not appears to be good but the

always be kept in mind by the superiors present in the organization (Bovée, Thill, & Raina,
2016).
Thus, it is rightly said that word to move mountains because it holds the capacity of
changing minds and convincing people. Right words could hit the person at the right position
that could subsequently work in favour of the employees. Thus, it should be noted that it is
important to decide the use of words first and them present it to the management in such a
way that they get motivated with the ideas and praise the employee. Excellent communication
skill certainly helps in every job posting, therefore, apart from technical skills, need of softer
skills has emerged in the society. Softer skills involves the use of common sense and
presentation of words to the employers in the business. The employers nowadays do not
compromise in case of softer skills because people with such skills make the functions easy
