Oral communication skills

feeling to others. The oral communication skills may include conveying message or ideas in
workshops, video conferencing, telephonic, meetings, interviews in-person, presentations, and
many others. The oral communication skill is instant, it costs nothing, and most importantly it is
direct (De Grez, et.al., 2012). The skill of oral communication is also helpful because it allows
in picking up clues in non-verbal ways such as body language, pitch, tone, facial expressions,
etc. Oral communication is important in making a strong connection and relationship with the
people.
Written communication skills
This communication skill is mainly used in making a powerful business relationship. This skill
of communication includes embracing the gamut from PowerPoint presentation, flyers, posters,
bulletin boards, formal letters and memos for internal business, emails, and many others.
Effective written communication requires choosing the words carefully that will send out a
message or idea accurately and cogently (Stokoe, 2014). This communication skill is the best
for conveying technical information and it can be used to convey a message to multiple people
at a time.
