INTRODUCTION
Communication is the process of creating ideas, ideas, feelings , etc. for providing
certain information. In current era, communication is important as it helps in gaining clarity
and transparency for achieving building trustworthiness in industry. Present report will include
the important skills that helps in conducting business practices by establishing effectual
communication. Current case study will give emphasis on the explaining role of affective
communication within business. It will involve impact of different methods of communication
within business managerial context.

Communication helps in several ways to give crucial information for taking decision

practices there should be involvement of different life styles, team work, presentation, proper

Learning styles involves visual, auditory and Kinesthetic which play different role in
making communication process so that proper message can be delivered. Visuals involves
linguistic and spatial which gives details to make easy visualize faces and places. Kinthetics
learners includes touching or moving to get concentrated to cover larger set of knowledge.
