Communication skills are critical to effectively implementing strategy in
workplaces
Communication skills are known as capability to know the behavior, personality of others
in the workplace. According to the authors Prentis & Walto (2019) the communication skills are
the most important skills which the employees find in the workplace. The employees feel free to
e5xpress the ideas, feelings and other suggestions. Without proper communication the employees
will be able to show good performance when implementing strategy in the workplace. A proper
communication skill also enables the person to adapt the changes which are taking place in the
organization. According to the author Griffin (2017) effective communication is a big skill or an
art which can make the top management impress and brings in the ability to help everyone in the
team. Communications skills play a role which is very important in part every of the life of an
employee in any organization. Everyday most of the employee make use of 75% through writing,
speaking, listening, and reading patterns (Hargie 2016).
Also communication skills are the key to confidence where the employee gains can
effectively communicate his messages with others present in the team or in the particular
organization. Whereas due to the lack of proper communication skills in an organization the
candidate can result in having improper body language low confidence and low confidence . It is
known that communications helps the managers to grow up in a business organization by
implementing various types of strategies and helping the workers in achieving them as because
the workers are the top priority of any kind of business organization. If the workers are satisfied
with the from the decisions which are taken by the managers then they will start working with

less amount of effort. These types of relationship should be on a proper levels by implementing
various types of communications skills. Proper communication skills also help to deal with
various types of people with different mindset when implementing any new strategy in the
workplace. According to the author Wen (2015) effective communication helps to deal with
every type of person as the person are fully different by their personality, perspectives, values,
opinion, attitudes, motivation and ambition in their lives. In a meeting if one of the employee is
sharing his or her thought and ideas while implementing new strategy in workplace, the effective
communication will help the other members to share their view point and argue for or against
with full confidence. The communication with all the members of the group also enables to
maintain a good and professional behavior in the fields. Effective communication while
implementing a strategy in the workplace increases the productivity and helps the members in
building very strong workplace relations.
After the implementation of the strategy the employees of the organization should be able
to properly communicate with each and every members of the team. They should be able to
properly communicate with each and every members in the team and also with the top
management and along with the team leads. This communication will help them to accomplish
their own individual tasks and jobs in right and first time. However the effective communication
controls various types of issues in the workplace along with creating strong relationships. This
helps the top management to increase the production of the organizations as because the
employees feel. Communications also helps them to achieve any goal by giving maximum effort
to execute the goals. For this they are also appreciated timely in the workplace.
Another a very positive point of the communication skills in the workplace is that the
employee who effective communicate with each other are treated in a very special way not like

understand a task or the work which is assigned to them. They also gain a better understanding of
the circumstances of the business and they try to improve them by their confidence. Through the
communication the managers of the company also tries to understand the problems which might
be faced by them when implementing a strat7egy in the workplace. They help the employee or
the members to understand the problem and overcome the hurdles by implementing tools and
techniques.
In order to conclude the above essay it can be said that it is very clearly depicted how
communication has become a very important component in today’s life both in the workplace
and when communicating with each other. There are various advantages of effectively
communicating in the workplace as because it is the only successful key8 factor of any company,
organization or a firm. It is known to increase the productivity of the workplace by
implementing various types of strategies selected by the top management in the organization. It
helps the organization to maximize their profit so as by increasing the productivity and sales.
Very poor or almost no communication skill the employees in the organization will decrease the
confidence skills and levels delivering poor customer service, decreased skills and also a pure
improper focuses in the work which they are performing in the workplace. All these above stated
reasons re very important because they might results of business. Therefore it is very important
to communicate when a new strategy is being implemented in the workplace
