Strengths and weaknesses in my group related with communication skills that enables
individuals to understand and be understand by others. It also involves communicating ideas in
terms of active listening in conversation, giving and receiving critical feedback and public
speaking. It will define the activities of observing and empathising that will aid the person in
understanding the way to communicate by face to face communication, phone conversation and
digital communication such as social and as well as digital media (Aggar, and et.al., 2021). The
following report covers the discussion about activities and procedure that support the global
group in enhancing the communication skill. This report covers the diverse sort of
communication such as language, report structure as a strength and ,email-writing, editing and
proofreading as a weakness.

to the trust issues and poor communication. Effective communication make sure that data
is suitably received by suitable language. Executives in the business perform work to
engaged the candidates and line of communication among individuals and other team
person of the business. Candidates works to develop an effective strategies and work
accordingly to it, that can lead to the higher employee satisfaction and effective
environment by their manner of language(Leaming-Van Zandt, and et.al., 2021). It also
supports candidates to attain the targets and goals that motivates them at the time of
communication. For example, language is important to discuss and communicate with
others on suitable topics and subject matter. As when I was in university it was essential

reading is the procedure that motivates me in my university to maintain my activities
through good editing and proofreading. It also upgrade me to clear my errors and
mistakes in the task by overlooking it again. On the other side, it also advances my
knowledge with higher term of creativity and innovative divisions.

through which we share our task and activities. It helps me to deal my process in easy

arrangements of my tutors and can't deal with my issues suitably.
