packages that can be used in the Mental Disability Clinic.
This presentation will provide a ways to further
development in the communication process and adoption
of personal values and culture.

1.4 Strategies to support users of
health and social care services
As Mrs. Gina cannot speak English to communicate so it is essential
for the management of Mental Disability Clinic to use effective
strategy to communicate with her. In given case study, it has
been found that Miss Gina is diagnosed with dementia and serves
depression.
